GoogleWe purchased our house using Robinson Jackson in 2012, and decided to use them again for the sale of the same property very recently. We are very pleased we chose them again. Not only did they value our property at a much more realistic price than so called competitors who supposedly charge a lot less, or a one off fee, they actually take the time to make it a much more personal thing. Their expertise in the local market and their wide customer base meant that they had potential buyers lined up for our property as soon as it was on the market. In fact, Nick, personally recommended a viewing for another couple who he knew was looking for a similar property, and we are very pleased to report that they did decide to buy at a price agreed by all. During the sale process, Amanda from RJ was continually in contact with my wife throughout informing her of progress with the sale. It could not have gone through more smoothly, with dates/times/appointments kept to, and all to a very high professional standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Robinson Jackson to anyone considering a house sale/purchase. For us, they were excellent!!

Stuart Harris has handled everything required to get me and my partner into our first home together. I have been waiting to move for over 2 years and finally got the opportunity. The process was made stress free thanks to Stuart. He helped us change the date due to a holiday and has been on the other end of the phone for any questions, even silly ones such as 'where is my electricity meter?' the joys of being new to renting!

GoogleI only have one word to describe you guys and that is Brilliant!! Moving houses is never easy however you have managed to help me rent the perfect house and make all the process so enjoyable. You were so professional and amazing like no other letting agency. You called me to keep me updated and never left any of my messages/voicemails unanswered.
Catherine has the most amazing personality and she is so lovely 😊. Stuart was so kind and waited for me up to 7 30 PM so I could view to property. Most of the agents would have rescheduled but you didn’t.

We was in a chain with them and the agent we had from a online company did not help us at all, if it wasn't for the team and Robinson Jackson I don't think the sale wouldn't go through. The other agent hasn't even contacted me to say we've exchanged but Sam and Lauren let me know straight away. They didn't have to put up with my constant chasing and emails but they never complained at all! They updated me a lot and even every day towards the end. They did everything they could to get our purchase to exchange and they wasn't even our agents they were only above us in the chain. I cannot reccomend them enough! Really professional and went above and beyond for us!

GoogleAfter being on the market for over 6 months I decided to change estate agent. RJ are in the centre of Bexleyheath. They literally sold my house in a day!! Corrie was Fantastic to deal with as were the dedicated progression team. There was so much going on and a few issues in the chain but they were really on the ball with everything and constantly chased up and reported back to me and pushed the sale forward liasing with the buyers, sellers & solicitors. GoogleOur 2-star review is based on the end-to-end process with Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath. Sales Negotiator (Corrie Goodhew) was great. She notified us of a new house and we booked a viewing immediately. She helped us to secure the acceptance of our offer. However, following that, things started to slip (unrelated to Sales but more like their back office operations). We had to wait longer than expected for a Memo of Sales and throughout the entire process, we received little or out-dated progress updates. In fact, we received regular updates from the estate agent who was responsible for the sale of our residence at that point in time.
