GoogleI knew from the moment Rob came to see me that I was in good hands (even if he was a West Ham supporter!) Every one in the Orpington office and friendly and polite and I would recommend them to anyone. Many thanks

GoogleAfter a failed attempt by another Estate agent, my house was eventually sold in August 2019 by Robinson Jackson. Service was very professional. The sale was handled by a multi-disciplined team at the Orpington branch lead by John Speer. Selling a house is never easy but Sharon and Katy were just fabulous, chasing the buyers solicitors to speed up the process. Also thanks to Rob for recommending I speak to Ben (Mortgage Advisor) who was able to get me the best mortgage deal. Thanks everyone. Now settled in my new home.

GoogleStacey & Catherine assisted with the rental of our flat. I must say they were super prompt and thorough with everything. We had one week to turn everything around and they were brilliant at getting all the necessary paperwork etc completed and communicated promptly along the way Highly recommend. Very professional.

GoogleStacey is meticulous, detailed, accurate and professional. Others in her company have struggled a little but she has kept things going in the right direction. We've engaged RJ as our rental agency and so far have been pleased with the service provided. I will continue to use into the future.

GoogleMy fiance Andreas and i have just completed on the most beautiful two bedroom house in Dartford and we genuinely could not be happier. The whole team (particularly Amanda who showed us the house) have been very patient, friendly and understanding throughout the whole process in us securing this home and we would both highly recommend them if you are looking to buy - they will not mess you around like Anthony Martin did on the original property we bid for and stayed true to their word. My fiance Andreas works as an Estate Agent himself and he will not stop raving about how good Robinson Jackson have been as a professional outfit Would highly recommend to Vendors & Purchasers alike - Kudos!

GoogleThe lettings team are absolutely fantastic but I want to give a special mention to Catherine in particular. She listened to us when not many other agents would and showed a genuine care into our needs. By far the most efficient, professional agent out there. Kept us updated throughout the entire process and has made a really stressful move actually enjoyable! First class service- would not hesitate to recommend to all tenants and landlords.

GoogleVery happy with their letting service. They are professional, helpful and efficient. The property was let within a short period of time. Their portal site is easy to use for managing the letting documents. We should have contacted them earlier. Highly recommended!!!

GoogleWe have let our property through Robinson Jackson and all the contract work was carried out by Stacey Greenwood. Stacey introduced herself at a very early stage and was always available to answer any questions that we had in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable in this area. The service provided was exceptional and would highly recommend using Robinson Jackson in the future, many thanks

GoogleThis estate agent have been brilliant, from putting our house on the market, to finding us a new home. The sales team were helpful, informed and knew exactly what we were looking for, therefore giving us great advice and guidance. Once we found our home the progress team were great and really helped us to get everything finalised and resolved for both our sale and purchase. Having a dedicated team with such a friendly manner and ease of accessibility made the process so much better.

Google18 Park View Rd, Welling Welling Rental Dept The only reason they have got such a high rating is because I cannot give them 0. Viewed two properties with them each time being shown round by a woman called Lily, each time we explained that we wanted a move because our current home had damp/mould issues and it was not pleasant, We liked the 2nd property 18 Park View Rd and decided to make an offer. Part of the process they gave you a form to fill out. On this form it asked for special requests, we specifically asked for guarantees that this property never had problems with damp, also asked verbally. We were told by the same woman there were no issues with damp. Got the keys on 26th Oct and started moving in gradually because of work. Finally moving in fully on 22nd Nov. To our horror in less than a week of fully moving in we had signs of damp and mould in two rooms which is slowly spreading. It is a property that they have had on their books for a period of time so they would have been well aware of all issues. BEWARE and trust at your peril

GoogleIt was impossible to book a viewing. A lot of lies. Only head office is decent and managed to book a viewing but then I could not submit an offer as Welling office was ignoring me again..
