Stacey introduced herself at a very early stage and was always available to answer any questions that we had in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable in this area. GoogleMy fiance Andreas and i have just completed on the most beautiful two bedroom house in Dartford and we genuinely could not be happier. The whole team (particularly Amanda who showed us the house) have been very patient, friendly and understanding throughout the whole process in us securing this home and we would both highly recommend them if you are looking to buy - they will not mess you around like Anthony Martin did on the original property we bid for and stayed true to their word. My fiance Andreas works as an Estate Agent himself and he will not stop raving about how good Robinson Jackson have been as a professional outfit Would highly recommend to Vendors & Purchasers alike - Kudos!

GoogleThis estate agent have been brilliant, from putting our house on the market, to finding us a new home. The sales team were helpful, informed and knew exactly what we were looking for, therefore giving us great advice and guidance. Once we found our home the progress team were great and really helped us to get everything finalised and resolved for both our sale and purchase. Having a dedicated team with such a friendly manner and ease of accessibility made the process so much better.

GoogleI only have one word to describe you guys and that is Brilliant!! Moving houses is never easy however you have managed to help me rent the perfect house and make all the process so enjoyable. You were so professional and amazing like no other letting agency. You called me to keep me updated and never left any of my messages/voicemails unanswered. Catherine has the most amazing personality and she is so lovely 😊. Stuart was so kind and waited for me up to 7 30 PM so I could view to property. Most of the agents would have rescheduled but you didn’t. You know how to go the extra mile and have an exceptional customer service! I will highly recommend you guys anytime.

With numerous viewings of our property, we were unsure whether we were ever going to be able to sell; property location and parking being a few feedback we received. Robinson and Jackson were very detailed with the feedback provided, offering alternative options to appeal to potential buyers, based on the feedback received. Eventually, we were able to sell our property in Swanley, a the price we had in mind - over the moon! I would highly recommend you use this agency , due to their professionalise and perseverance to not give up on the sale, showing the same enthusiasm to sell our property throughout the lengthy process. GoogleAVOID!!!!!!! Over promised, under delivered. Issues with honesty and fulfilling their promises. Allowed damage to our property & relaxed about who they gave access to. Failed to lock up. Arrogant and Negligent. Everything that you DON'T want an estate to be! Builders taken to the property by them caused damage to light switches and sockets were ripped from the wall. Newly laid carpets were lifted - all without permission. When have you ever heard of anyone giving 5 stars to an estate agent! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS! Companies can invent and make up reviews to make themselves look good! - Hope all these names match up to real sales and purchases. So desperate for sales that seemed to do everything that the buyer asked - with no thought of us. We experienced a continual disregard of our wishes. In fact some of the staff seemed rather too close to the buyer - which might have been the issue. Sharon did the complete opposite to our instructions, every time - and even ignored the manager's instructions As a seller we should not have to suffer as a result of their 'office politics'. The manager (John Speer) seemed fixated on adding more properties to their list, rather than actually selling them! Their original proposed asking price was flattering - but unrealistic - and it was downhill from then on. Said it was worth £315k - but in the end got £261k! Had they actually told the buyer about the few minor faults (as we had specifically instructed) he would not have asked for a further reduction. We were told by John how Robinson Jackson were better than the others, how they did not over promise, how well they managed the sale after offer and that we were safe in their hands. They promptly went on to over promise, mis-manage the sale after offer and were worse than We Buy Any House - and that is saying something. I would say that they were negligent and arrogant about their own abilities. Notice you have done exactly the same to the sellers now selling the house next door! Started at £315,000 already reduced to £275,000 ! Nothing learnt and Mr Speer continues to over price promise!!!

GoogleGrateful thanks to Andy and his team at the Blackfen office. They were both professional and understanding in their day to day dealing with the sale of my parents property. They maintained regular contact with updates once the sale had been agreed and ultimately achieved a very pleasing end result, especially amidst such difficult circumstances. Over and above, the offer to obtain some shopping for my parents during lockdown, thank you !! GoogleSimply outstanding experience with the team. Sharon is an absolute asset to the team. I cannot recommend her highly enough . I will always come back to her! Nothing was a problem, went above and beyond on my behalf to get positive outcomes and generally cared about my family & I and the journey we were on. Seriously recommend!! Not to forget Jack & George, very helpful and supportive always had a basic understanding of my file and stepped in to support where needed and once again cared about me as a person. The team is unbelievably close they know each others clients so if one person is not there it is not an issue. I have been given all the help and guidanfe needed to make our move as smooth as possible (even in the midst of a pandemic!!) and Stacey has worked particularly hard to ensure everything has been done efficiently! GoogleA naive and incompetent sales intermediary did not pass information from buyer to seller and lacked any brokerage skills. As a result, an information vacuum meant our seller pulled their property from the market for reasons that could have been avoided if they had only been made known to us. Truly shocking.
