We had a really excellent service from Robinson Jackson with an offer received and accepted within a month of the property being put on the market! Unfortunately for us, the whole process dragged on for 6 months as lockdown happened due to the pandemic. I cannot praise the branch partner of our Orpington branch enough as despite everything grinding to a virtual standstill, John Steele maintained telephone contact throughout the worrying period which made us feel we were in capable hands. When unforeseen developments happened, both John and the very efficient and cheerful Sharon Goodwin very capably came up with solutions and reassured us that they were doing everything they could to progress with the sale of our property which helped us to remain calm. Thanks to Andrew, Natalie and everyone at Robinson Jackson for being just great to enable us to sell my mums house following her passing away. Multiple viewings had been booked within a DAY after Robinson Jackson had been to take the photographs, and a day after that we had a buyer interested! Then covid hit, but the Robinson Jackson team went out of their way to find solutions with us to get surveys and checks done as quickly as was possible under difficult circumstances. The whole process was only extended by maybe a couple of weeks from a sale in 'normal' times, and thats testament to everyones hard work to find ways to get everything completed in a timely manner. We had purchased our first house this summer through Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath. The whole process from the beginning till the end ran smoothly and efficiently thanks to Robinson Jackson staff, specifically Corrie, Margaret and Andrea from Sales Progressing team. A special thank you to Corrie, sales negotiator, who had been incredibly helpful throughout the process. She is a real professional. She had been very informative in the first viewing and quite swift in responding to our additional inquiries about the property. We had viewed the property a few times, and every time Corrie made every viewing comfortable, with a good presentation of the property as well as answering our questions with patience (yes, with patience, as we had a looot of questions). She made us feel such as nobody than us were in the property and that he had a whole day to view it :) which means, she never pushed us as other agents in terms of time and was always welcome to give us non obligatory advises.She had been just amazing! We also have to note that Robinson Jackson are offering the services of their so called Sales Progressing Team, which is a great idea. Having this team in hand, we had been updated with our purchase progress at all times. We cant thank enough Andrea and Margaret from this team. Ladies, thank you very much for your assistance through the sales process. You had just done what we were supposed to do- CHASING BOTH PARTIES SOLICITORS AND UPDATING US ON A DAILY BASIS.
