GoogleWe worked with Will, Sam and Lauren and it was a pleasure. We had a stressful move with a very difficult chain, and the team pushed for us. As an American, I can be quite pushy, and they were very patient with us, responding to our emails promptly and taking our calls. As a buyer, I felt they had our backs. GoogleI’ve purchased a property with Robinson Jackson as the agents. The Sales Processing Manager dealing with me was absolutely fantastic. Tracy answered every email very quickly, always kept me up to date and bent over backwards to keep the sale progressing with both sets of solicitors. Without a doubt, she made the process far quicker and easier than it otherwise would have been. Would recommend!

GoogleThe whole process from start to finish was seamless. I had the pleasure of dealing with Corrie for the sale of our house. I found Corrie to be personable, professional and extremely trustworthy. Corrie was proactive and went above and beyond the role of an Agent. Every time you call the office you are greeted in a friendly manner and every member of staff makes your custom feel extremely valued. A massive thank you to all at Robinson Jackson! GoogleThe sales team did a fantastic and very professional service. I would not be able to sell my house without them. When my first buyers changed their mind and pulled out, my house was back on the market the next day, and sold again a week later. When the lender had a few issues with some works I had had done, George got in touch with his electrician, and remedied the issues within very short time. The team always answers the phone, reply to emails, offer advice and support. Honestly, my decision to sell with Robinson and Jackson was the best decision. Thank you George, Jack, Sharon and Amanda.

GoogleAfter having my offer being accepted they kept showing the property to other people interested (i suspect that and i did call them with another number, booking a view for the next day ) i suppose to get the key of the property on a certain date but i did receive it 3 month after the date that they initially told me, during that time i have been complaining and kept receiving bad and rude answers over the phone by one of the lady at the office, Sharon Williams telling me that i have to wait them, they will send me over the completion date when they want and if i was happy with that they had plenty of buyers interested, after that she hang up the phone, totally rude and not professional ! I suggest everybody to avoid this office i wasn't happy at all with the services received ! Rude and not polite

GoogleI would like to leave a review for Robinson-Jackson Estate Agency. They have recently handled the sale of my property. My personal contact was Sharon from Sales Progression in Orpington Branch. She was very professional and understanding at all times, extremely helpful and supportive all the way. I was quite concerned the purchase may not go ahead at one point, and by Sharon's efforts I feel the purchase went through successfully. The Agency itself I would recommend without hesitation, and I would have to say that Sharon is an asset to the company.
