GoogleProfessional and exemplary service from initial sale to completion. Their progression team (with a shout out to Sam) are exceptional providing a constant update of where you are in the transaction, liaising with solicitors, and also helped me find a last minute removal company when the people I was using couldn't then do the completion date. I have used them twice in the last three years and would definitely go back if I was selling again.

GoogleWOW!!! What a service from start to finish!!! I have to say ROB will sell your house!! The passion and professionalism and knowledge the Orpington team have is unbelievable. They care to sell and find you a house, constantly keeping you updated with what to do etc - no wounded why every other board I see with Robinson Jackson on it says SOLD!! What a fantastic team. I would strongly recommend you to go with there solicitors these guys like to work quick and fast and never “faf” about!! I would trust them always and wouldn’t recommend any other estate agent ( especially some that I’ve come across - LAZY!! ) Thank you for selling my house Rob and bearing with me and bringing in so many viewers and always working out around my school pick up and drop off! You never seemed stressed out no matter how many times I’d ask the same questions and always made me feel relaxed and kept me positive 🌸 I wish you all the best and warmest regards, thank you, thank you, thank you Rob and team R.J.

GoogleExcellent service from Robinson /Jackson, meeting Rob at the start of sale, he was very kind to my elderly Mum putting her mind at ease, finding a buyer straight away and through the progression of sale, with Sharon, Susan, John, Tracy and Katy, everything was chased up immediately. Will definitely recommend.

GoogleVendor accepted the offer for a property, but this agency keeps selling it. Agent calls a week later to say that it has been sold to someone else for more money. Very professional! My advice to all buyers to put terms with the offer to take the property of the market if the offer is accepted.

GoogleFrom the moment we met John Speer just before Christmas 2021, Robinson Jackson have been quick and efficient. 8 weeks from start to finish. Pleasure to deal with all the staff members. GoogleWe used Robinson Jackson Orpington to sell our property. We were rather badly let down by another Orpington agent and decided to give RJ a call. We were delighted that we did becauset they were very professional but also very friendly and down to earth, what's more hey sold our property after only three viewings. I must say that John, Rob and the whole team were fantastic and really helped us to make our move to the west country. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleOur process of moving was very complicated but Robinson Jackson's were very efficient in the way they handled all the various contributing factors. We have found their staff very helpful and understanding and I think we might have given up if they hadn't given us advice and 'held our hands' through this whole experience which had some very unusually circumstances involved in it. This is the second move where we have used Robinson Jackson and I would definitely recommend the team at the Orpington office for their efficient expertise.

They are totally professional, and you can trust that your custom is there priority, no matter how stressful the situation can get.
