GoogleOutstanding service, professionalism, customer service and background knowledge. From start to finish the service was exceptional. Not the cheapest but definitely better to pay for quality because it saves in the long term both financially and mentally. I have previous experience of other estate agents from dealings only last year and learnt to chose the best and not necessarily the cheapest!

GoogleHighly recommend the Robinson & Jackson Dartford team. They stayed in constant communication with us throughout our sale & purchase. When things seemed to come to a standstill with solicitors etc the progression team really came into force. Carol worked on our behalf and what a amazing part she played. Carol really brought everything together and pushed our completion date along. Always ringing with updates and happy to answer any queries and emails were answered promptly. We will definitely be using this team in the future.

GoogleI was recommended Robinson Jackson to sell my mother’s house when she passed away. It was an old house in terrible condition and I wasn’t confident it would sell for a good price. RJ agent was friendly, helpful, understanding, flexible and encouraging. Everything was done, not only to sell it, but to advise and help me. I live 200 miles away so they supported & helped me and kept me regularly updated. All in all despite some initial issues because of the condition of the house, they got me a far better price than I’d expected and made the whole process as easy as possible.

Googlemy experience with Robinson Jackson Sidcup & Blackfen Estate Agents has been positive. First call was with Andrew, who is the lead person, I think the MD. He's direct, blunt and doesn't mince his words. As long as you are direct too, you should be fine. His directness can seem sharp, but he gives his honest opinion of things and doesn't play game or politics. I liked that in him. The real star of Robinson Jackson Sidcup & Blackfen Estate Agents is my progression team contact named Sam. She was so polite, has the right level of empathy and responds promptly to questions/queries. Honestly, she was the one that held all together. She gave truthful answers, always looked for solutions, always listened....she went over and above....Honestly, I coudn't have asked for more from her. My Andrew, please give her a raise. i don't know whether all agencies have progressing team or not, but Robinson having one seems a winner for me. Initially we weren't sure where to start in terms of finding a good estate agent but had seen R&J present locally. After an initial enquiry Andy came to visit promptly and provided some really good feedback and advice. After a couple of viewings we had already received good offers over asking and ended up accepting one that was higher than we had initially thought possible. GoogleI would highly recommend Robinson Jackson. We thought long and hard about whether to use a virtual or a bricks and mortar agent to sell our house. The price differential is significant. However, it was clear the virtual agent didn't have the local market knowledge that Robinson Jackson did. I would single out Saphire, the sales progressor, for a special mention. She is the unsung hero: proactive, knowledgeable and relentless in chasing and trying to move things along and also facilitating tricky discussions.
