GoogleFrom our initial meeting with Scott, to our moving day 6 months later, the whole R&J Welling team have been supportive, approachable, professional & patient! Our home was put on the market, had 15 viewings booked, and was sold within the first week.
When two months down the line, we had a major setback, because our buyers could not fulfill their mortgage, Scott had our home back on the market, and sold again within the week! This was such a relief to us, as it allowed us to keep the house we had put an offer on.
Tony, Scott, Anthony and their sales team all made time for us, and guided us through the stressful process with expertise and friendliness. The progression team Hazel and Adele were also always on the end of the phone, to help us with any questions and to keep us well informed. Towards exchange, they done everything they could to push things through as quickly as possible, to enable the chain to complete to everyone’s satisfaction.
The whole team from start to finish done a great job. We have had excellent service and support from R&J, and send our thanks to everyone involved. We would recommend R&J to anyone who is looking to buy/sell a house in the Welling area.

GoogleI was really impressed with the service Danielle and Theo provided when selling my home. From start to finish they were professional but friendly and caring. They gave me the opportunity to explain my situation and what I needed moving forward and they helped me to achieve the right outcomes. Danielle was great at marketing my house and Theo did a fantastic job with the viewings!
I have also found the rest of the team working to support the sale going through. Stephanie and Sam stay in contact via email with regular updates, which is very reassuring.
Thank you everyone!

GoogleA huge thank you to Tony, Anthony, Scott and the team. They were professional and dilligent with the way they worked and found us a fantastic buyer very quickly. The booking of the viewings was seemless and wihtin days we have interest and viewings lined up.
Hazel was our sales progressor and this was a big selling point for us because we wanted to be sure there was a dedicated person to help support us through this sale and Hazel was exactly that. We hit a few speed bumps along the way as expected with the sale of a leasehold flat but with the help of Hazel and the team in Welling these were quickly rectified and sailed through to completion without the need for me or my wife to be disrupted from our working lives.
Thank you all at Welling Robinson Jackson. It is clear to see why they are the best in the business.

GoogleWords cannot describe how pleased we are to get the house we wanted. A big thank you and sincere gratitude to Neil Smith (Bexley branch) for everything. Neil lead the whole process for us right from the viewing stage to handing over the keys. It was a very painful process as there were serious complications with the tenants in the house we were buying but Neil managed to communicate and negotiate with the tenants which led to them moving out. Neil kept us updated through out the process - he went over and beyond what is expected of an “estate agent”. It felt like he is buying a house for himself with the amount of effort he’d put in for us to get the house before the deadline. We must appreciate Neil’s patience and how he handled the whole process is genuinely plausible. He never over-promised anything and always gave us the confidence that he’s is on the case, and he really was. He is gentleman and I wish there are more people in property market just like him to make things happen. Once again, thank you Neil.

GoogleAlthough not listing a property through this Robinson and Jackson branch, I found both their branch manager and the staff working here, very customer centric, offered advice without pushing hard for a sale, very Industry knowledgeable. I found their offering both fair and clear. Only reason I have not listed with them is due to my change in decision to sell my current property. I will be using them once I take that decision and I will recommend them to anyone I know.
