GoogleI contacted Robinson Jackson about a couple of their properties. From the 1st response to the appointment setting to the information gathering as well as feedback, they kept in contact were very easy to work with - very professional (and believe me I have met some agents that I would not use again!). Unfortunately, on this occasion I could not go forward due to personal circumstances, but they (especially Linley) did not make me feel like I had wasted their time. If/when I go back to looking, I would definitely reach out to them again.

As I moved forward in the process, Sharon took over and provided guidance at various stages. GoogleRob from Robinson Jackson was a great estate agent. Knowledgeable, grounded and experienced, letting these qualities do the talking rather than any "hard sell" sales patter. He took the time to understand our reasons for selling and why we wanted to move, evidencing this by suggesting viewings of exactly the kind of property we had in mind. No overselling, completely laser focused on the customer and what we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to contact Rob again in the future. A genuine agent with genuine quality.

GoogleI needed a valuation for probate and a couple of estate agents did not want to do it. However, I spoke with John at Robinson and Jackson and he was so helpful and kind. He came to the house and done the valuation free of charge. He was very professional, but also understanding. I have also got a mortgage with them in the past. I will defiantly be using them if I need to sell. Excellent service

Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always there to offer assistance when we needed it. We are so glad we used them for our sale. Everyone on the team was so helpful - John Speer for his initial and expert help throughout, Steve and Rob for their assistance during the viewings process - so helpful - Katy and Sharon during the sales progressing part with Sharon being exceptionally helpful in the later stages, giving fantastic customer service - superb. GoogleNobody likes estate agents, but some are better than others, and RJ was definitely one of those rare few. I had a 'difficult' property to sell and they managed to do this effectively and efficiently. Communications were particularly good and all members of the team knew exactly what they were doing and did it well. I would happily recommend them anybody selling a property.
