Steve (Dartford Branch) and his Dartford Branch Team were amazing. My property was up for sale from November 2022 and promised to be sold by January 2023, with a local highly advertised company. The property remained unsold at the end of May 23. I accepted an offer after 10 days with advertising with Robinson Jackson (Dartford) on the market, and completed 2 months later. Thank you to Steve and all at the Dartford Branch. The completion team were unhelpful (I have to be honest), for the fee received. I had promised return calls and updates that never happened, emails ignored and the main point of call go on leave for 10 days with no notice, but I do understand everyone deserves a break (however other colleagues ignored my emails and calls). I updated my solicitor regularly as there was very little progress report from the completion team (Ebbsfleet). However, between myself, Steve, the Dartford Branch and my solicitor! We did it in 2 months. Thank you so much Steve and your team, I wished I could give you 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

I was dreading having to sell and to purchase the house. You read such stories. That was before I met George, Charlie, Sharon and the rest of the team at Robinson and Jackson, Belvedere. From providing the valuation, arranging viewings, taking photos, to negotiation with buyers through to leading all the way to a successful exchange. They were always there for me: helpful, kind, knowledgeable, flexible, compassionate and trustworthy. They made my experience very different from what I had expected. If you are selling in Belvedere, don’t go anywhere else as this team is so good that it even works on Sundays, and this is a real help as most people have just their weekend to view or to show the house. Thank you, everyone at Robinson and Jackson who made my sale a walk in the park. Oh, not to mention selling the house in a very short time, getting me an offer after the first viewing.

Worst agent. I requested for a viewing and drove all the way from one end of the London to the property, approx 1 hour of driving. Due to unexpected ferry delays to cross to Woolwich, I got little late. I could not see their number to inform of delays. Agent called me exactly at the scheduled time and I informed that I will be late by 10-15 mins and requested for little wait but he didn't bother to wait for us. That's highly unprofessional way of working. He just said, only he can reschedule for some other day. That's a shame. Won't recommend anyone using this estate. They don't care.
