GoogleI've been renting from Rsk Acton for 6 months now and I couldn't be happier! The whole team has been very helpful and especially the allocated property manager, Mrika Nikolli, has been such a star and a life saver. She's been absolutely amazing, helping us fix every issue that came up and answering all our questions. Moving to a new place is already a stressful process, so it's been such a relief to know we can safely rely on Mrika. She's been so attentive and responsive and solved quickly every problem we've encountered. Very highly recommended! Thank you Mrika!

GoogleI recently rented a flat through RSK. Overall my experience with RSK was very good. Special shout out to Priyesh who is a very nice person and a thorough professional. Priyesh understood my need and recommended a flat which would suit me and truly I loved it. I believe his strength is in his paying attention to details and working on building a close relationship with the customer. It was always easy reaching out to Priyesh and he helped clarify all my doubts/questions about the property. He helped me secure a great deal on the property and for this he worked really hard. I am very pleased working with RSK and especially Priyesh and I wish best of luck to both.

GoogleI just want to say a huge thankyou to Comfort for her help with trying to find me a home. I was apprehensive at first and starting and with our family getting larger the pressure of finding an appropriate home was on the forefront of my mind however comfort helped to alleviate my worries and stresses. GoogleI have used RSK Acton for valuing and letting my property. From the initial meetings and discussions with the RSK agents, I could get a clear sense of trust and feeling that the specific agent knew the local market well. It was the first time I was going through the process of letting a property and I found RSK's approach extremely helpful, stress free and honest. One of the main values of RSK is that they will put customer relation first and they will always aim to find the best quality tenant. I would unreservedly recommend and use again myself. Priyesh was very friendly and professional throughout the process. He provided an accurate valuation of the property (much more accurate than other local agents), and he was very transparent and informative about all arranged viewings and offers. Robert was always honest with his advice at different stages of the letting process. Always reachable when required and very approachable.

GoogleI have rented my flat via Robertson Smith And Kempson in Acton and I must say the team in the office are excellent and full of energy! The moment i called the office i felt i was given honest advise on letting my property. The entire process was extremely smooth with regular updates from viewings and potential people for my house, from agreeing the offer it took only five days to having my new tenants move in. Highly recommend to anybody who is looking to let their property out in the area. Thanks guys!
