I found the whole experience from start to finish a positive one. What impressed me was the friendliness, honesty, knowledge and good advice that I received from all the staff. As I'm sure you already know, Stefan is a consummate professional with a great eye for detail and thorough work ethic, planning and executing all that is thrown at him in a calm and deliberate manner. We have found him to go above and beyond in all circumstances with due diligence for both us as the client and keeping the company's reputation in high regard. As you will also know, this sale has been particularly long and protracted and especially complex considering the sitting tenant. He has been go-between and mediator handling us, the tenant, our neighbour, the council, the buyer, both legal teams plus the bailiffs and another solicitor thrown into the mix. He is level headed and accommodating to the needs of all concerned and if you were considering expansion of your business, I'm sure he is more than capable of running his own office for yourselves.
