Andrew and his team at RSK went above and beyond to help us settle in to our tenancy. RSK were only supposed to oversee the renting and contracting of the property, however with issues that arose, they oversaw all conversations between ourselves and the landlords with a professional and caring hand. I would happily recommend anyone to deal with Andrew and his wonderful team and thank them sincerely for all their hard work and support.

She went over and above duty to ensure we had any and all information we needed when we needed it, and constantly kept us in the loop on our property search (something I can confidently say you won't experience everywhere!!!). Had a great experience with Blair as our letting agent. It took a while to find the perfect apartment, but Blair was tirelessly enthousiastic and helpful along the whole process. Even when we had some issues with the referencing company, Blair made sure to help us out as best he could. He even gave me the recipe for his famous Sticky Toffee Pudding! We were looking for the new home for nearly a year and think have seen over few hundreds of the flats/houses and have met quite a few agents. Our experience of house viewing with Jack Dann was always super pleasant always arranging for the excellent options for us. He found the perfect one! He has arranged for the very smooth buying process and was way more proactive and informative than our solicitors. So we were able to compete within a month time.
