Zak was great!

Zak has been an amazing help with my property search, I have been looking for a property for about 6 months and have been so frustrated with the process, being inundated with completely irrelevant properties from all of these useless agents but not RSK! I was a bit snappy on the phone initially with Zak because he was asking so many questions about my search but now I understand why! He instantly came back to me with 4 properties that he would suggest viewing and my search immediately took a turn. 3 of them really put a spanner in the works because they really fit the bill! Appalling service all round

Appalling service all round. I took over from someone else on a joint tenancy and had to transfer them deposit (which I do not think is right as there is no receipt for my payment and shouldn't be transferring my deposit to an individual rather than a company). When moving in I had an issue with an item missing from the itinerary (a bed in a furnished room!) which RSK were unwilling to help with and just kept chasing me to pay deposit across which I was not willing to do without the bed being replaced. Now moving out before the end of the joint tenancy (for which there is no break clause) and have found a tenant to replace me, so far 5 weeks and still waiting for the change in contract, having to regularly email for any kind of update. I understand references have to be checked but it should not take this long and there should be strict timeframes when people are potentially homeless and having to rely on hotels or friends sofas! It also took emailing 5 people and a phone call for someone to even acknowledge I had found the replacement. Also supposed to get a refund on overpaid deposit due to a change in legislation which I am still waiting on and have chased several times with no response despite sending bank details across. I addition to this I am concerned with RSK sharing confidential information outside the company by email which I will also be raising in a formal complaint.

I was very nervous about selling my property and moving for the first time in a long time but once I met Jonathan in the Hanwell branch a sense of relief followed as I knew I was in very capable hands. I was one of those people that questioned whether the high street agent was needed anymore but having dealt with RSK Hanwell I can safely say there's not one competitor who would have handled this and achieved the results RSK achieved. Outstanding customer service , a huge team and network of buyers that expands across 4 local areas. I had viewings before it was even on the internet portals such was there extensive database and knowledge of what there buyers required for there purchase. A special mention to Sara , she is there sales progression manager who is invaluable - she is another point of contact to aid you in getting from being under offer to exchanged in the shortest possible time and keeping communication open , she removed alot of stress that I have heard other sellers associate with the conveyancing process. 5 starts does not do this team justice but it's the most I'm aloud give them. Exceptional work and I would highly recommend to anyone in Hanwell or indeed there other 3 branches. It's no doubt there a reknoned name for over 25 years. I had my house on the market with Purple Bricks for about 7 months and I thought the response was fairly good, we had a good amount of viewings but no substantial interest, I received a call from Zak who was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the market. He explained that RSK book the majority of their viewings from calling their buyers and very few come from online enquires. To my surprise he also said that I was under selling my house and that he believes I can achieve a higher price. I decided to give them a shot and launched my property yet again, however for £50,000 more than before with Purple Bricks. Within 3 weeks Amar, another absolute legend got me an offer far above my previous asking price and we have just exchanged! I could not thank them enough and I would reccomend to everyone in Hanwell looking to sell.
