When it came to exchange and completion there was a prompt and supportive engagement between RSK and solicitors that facilitated a trouble free purchase. Had we not had to have a good many debates with them about certain issues like putting under offer on the listing when it was under offer / showing images of bathrooms etc they would have got 5 stars. We rented a flat in Acton with these individuals for two years, and they are incredibly incompetent. When we first moved in, they informed our landlord that the money he had paid for a cleaner had been used, when in fact it hadn't. The flat was extremely dirty, and the floor was sticky upon our arrival. We had to spend several days cleaning the entire flat ourselves while the living room was also being painted. Now that we've moved out, our landlord confirmed that an email was sent to RSK a couple of days after our move-out date, confirming that we could indeed be refunded our deposit. However, five days later, we're still waiting for this to be processed. The man in charge of processing these requests has repeatedly claimed that the transfer had been processed when it had not. We had to call the office multiple times, only to be told that no, he had not processed the transfer. Absolutely ridiculous.
