GoogleSold a property with RSK recently above my expected price. I have been a rather challenging client to deal with with additional non-standard terms re. marketing, viewings, (shoe covers!!) added to contract which they were able to accommodate. They hardly made a mistake and whenever they did they were quick to rectify. All viewings went smoothly and efficiently. They have kept me up to date as much as possible throughout the rest of the process. Big thanks to RSK team, Kerry, Jonathan, Lainya and especially Selina who has been fast and diligent throughout.

GoogleHaving not had the best of experiences with RSK previously, I wasn't particularly excited at the prospect of buying through them. However, Michael Shaw; who I'd not met before, was a legend from start to finish. This was a particularly tricky process which he managed with care and consideration. On the odd day he was off, Yasmin Paterson; who I also hadn't met before, stepped in completely up to speed and on it. Despite only giving 4 stars I honestly couldn't fault Michael and Yasmin. But I did have to work with one other person briefly who I had met before. It wasn't enjoyable the first time, probably even worse the second. Buying a home is the single most expensive purchase of most peoples lives, so I think its ok to expect your agent to take a call during their lunch break on completion day.
