GoogleWe could not recommend this agency enough! We had an amazing experience from the very first contact. We were looking for a flat on right move and found couple of them quite interesting. We were then contacted by Ishaan Badshah one of the agents and had the chance to book viewings for the property within the same week! In a week time he was able to understand our needs and give us the chance to visit many more properties. But not only, in that same week time we found our new place! He helped us throughout the process of assuring a contract with it and here we are, happy and super satisfied with the overall service!

GoogleI had a brilliant experience with Rsk thanks to Aadam and Gaetano. Aadam was incredibly thorough, helping me with all my referencing and making sure I got the property I wanted. Both Aadam and Gaetano were so friendly and provided an exceptional service. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend Rsk, especially with exceptional staff like Aadam and Gaetano.

I am not sure what code of practice or process the Acton branch letting agency are following but I wouldn’t recommend or trust what they say. A formal complaint is coming their way!

GoogleI recently used Robertson Smith & Kempson Acton Estate Agents for the sale of my flat, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The team worked exceptionally hard to attract interest to the flat and kept me well-informed with viewings and feedback throughout the process. Their effectiveness in managing my sale was commendable. A special mention goes to James, who consistently kept me updated on everything that was happening. He was always very friendly and approachable whenever I called in. The only downside was that their fees seemed comparatively expensive compared to other local agents, especially considering the value my flat sold for. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend Robertson Smith & Kempson to anyone looking to make a property sale in the local area.
