Travelled 110 miles to see a property, whilst on the way called to advise maybe about 10 minutes late, they advised they will not be able to wait and nor would they allow any other viewings without a booked in appointment! Ridiculous! I will stick with the estate agents I’m with!

Wasted my time. I had a valuation appointment today. Waited for half hour but no one turned up. Rang their office a few times but there was no answer. Left voicemail for some one to get back to me but again NO call. I am a potential customer who may sell the house and let ROBERT WATTS sell it for me...! NOT Anymore !!!!! I shall NEVER call or USE them AGAIN. Very rude and disrespectful.

Booked a valuation yesterday for 2 days time. Notified the tenant who re arranged his appointments to accommodate the visit. Today, less than 24 hours after I booked it, I get a call cancelling the appointment. When I asked why all I was told was, "the valuer cant get there". Very very poor service. Disappointing when you're trying to give a local company business to be let down like this. If you cant get the very first step right how will you conduct yourself through a sale to fruition?

I was dealing with a number of estate agents simultaneously in my search to find a couple of buy-to-let properties What was very noticeable about Robert Watts at Birkenshaw, was their diligence in seeking out precisely what you were looking for Accompanied viewings were never pushy or overbearing, rather, helpful and guiding. Viewings were always followed up with call to gauge the buyers reactions to the viewings Overall, an excellent experience of the standard that all estate agents should aspire to

I recently sold my house through the Birkenshaw office. To say the process was prolonged and stressful is an understatement! But the staff at Robert Watts were brilliant, updating both myself and the buyers on a very regular basis with what was happening, and clearly doing everything they could to move things forward as quickly as possible. An excellent service. A special mention to lovely Tabby who, on many an occasion, helped to maintain my sanity! Thank you so much.

Sold my property through the Cleckheaton branch 7 years ago and bought a property through them in 2018. The whole process both times was seamless from start to finish and the team were friendly and understanding. Great customer service!
