GoogleI was dealing with a number of estate agents simultaneously in my search to find a couple of buy-to-let properties What was very noticeable about Robert Watts at Birkenshaw, was their diligence in seeking out precisely what you were looking for Accompanied viewings were never pushy or overbearing, rather, helpful and guiding. Viewings were always followed up with call to gauge the buyers reactions to the viewings Overall, an excellent experience of the standard that all estate agents should aspire to

GoogleI recently sold my house through the Birkenshaw office. To say the process was prolonged and stressful is an understatement! But the staff at Robert Watts were brilliant, updating both myself and the buyers on a very regular basis with what was happening, and clearly doing everything they could to move things forward as quickly as possible. An excellent service. A special mention to lovely Tabby who, on many an occasion, helped to maintain my sanity! Thank you so much.

GoogleRecently purchased a house in Birkenshaw, sold through Robert Watts Birkenshaw office. As a buyer we found Robert Watts' service to be excellent and professional, especially Tabby who provided regular telephone progress updates. Whenever I called the office my call was answered or quickly returned and any enquiries I had were quickly looked into. Tabby's quick communication and professionalism helped myself and my partner retain confidence that our purchase would be eventually successful, despite appointing a very illusive & difficult local solicitors. Fantastic Estate Agents and would have no hesitation of appointing them in the future when the need arises.

GoogleMisleading information, disorganized, unprofessional on viewings by giving incorrect information, over booking viewings meaning my wife to look around on her own and had to wait almost half an hour in the property until the agent came back for her. Staff in the office are rude and unhelpful, and extremely judgemental. Wouldn't recommend at all.

GoogleI find the staff very rude when speaking to to customers. Customer services goes a long way but in this case its non existence. I'm a recruiter so I undestand how working well with people goes a long way and Robert Watts could learn from some customer service training.

GoogleI have dealt with the Cleckheaton and Birkenshaw offices and staff at both are very professional and friendly. My recent purchase was not a straightforward one but all the staff , Nicky in particular, were patient and knowledgeable. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
