I had used Robert Watts for the purchase of my home over 3 years ago and when the time came to sell my home, I knew they'd be the best Estate Agents to do this too! They've been helpful, professional and always there at the end of the phone or email for any updates, questions and communications. I have mainly dealt with John and Lisa who have both been fantastic, along with the rest of the team. They have provided a friendly, reliable and professional service from start to finish. They've done the majority of the viewings, I had an offer accepted on my house in a week of it going on the market and then they've been great at liaising with my buyer. The online tracker is also an amazing tool so I could keep an eye on the viewings booked in and progress. Thank you so much for all of your hard work! Couldn't recommend a local estate agent more!

Great estate agents and would deffinatley recommend if your serious about selling or buying your home from. Unrivalled professionalism, work ethic, and a service offered like none other!! I selected Robert Watts as wanted to ensure it wasn’t just simply an ‘agent’ I was placing my home on the market with, but it was a team who would push progress on any transaction gained on my property - and they delivered on absolutely every aspect! Nicky was my main point of contact in the office and the response times were absolutely unbelievable, even giving me a run for my money and that’s some going ;-) Also Lisa too, between these ladies the process was made as easy as possible, just an absolutely fantastic team. I could only wish I was buying my next home through Robert Watts as let’s say it highlights all over again just how amazing this team at Robert Watts is - other agents should take note, sit up and realise this is the standards they should be working to. James came to value our house at short notice during a very busy period in the middle of Covid lockdown. The photos he took were professional and showed the house at its best. We wanted a quick sale and James' advice on pricing was spot on. The first viewers arrived about 5 hours after the house went on the market and they made an offer for the asking price there and then and formally via Robert Watts at 9am the following day. From then on Nicky and Lisa facilitated easy communication with our buyers and ensured that the process was as smooth as it could be during a pandemic. Though we hope not to move again for a long time, we would definitely use Robert Watts to sell our house again and recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling.

From beginning to end, Robert Watts were amazing in both selling our home and helping us buy our new one. James came out initially for an appraisal and was very clear, and wasn't frustrated by all of our questions. He wasn't pushy at all, and even gave us some suggestions of houses that we loved (he knew exactly what style we were looking for). Lisa and Nikki were fantastic throughout the buying and selling process, despite some significant hurdles thrown at us by the solicitors. We sold our house within 3 days with Robert Watts.James was on the mark regarding the asking price for our property and we achieved 5K over,which was a huge plus. It took about 16 weeks to complete - but that was due to other solicitors messing around and an exceptionally busy time for solicitors and estate agents in general. I would definitely use Robert Watts again and Jenny and Lisa were very good to work with - nothing too much trouble. Dreadful service. I know the housing market is bonkers right now but no excuse for such a poor customer service. Nothing but promises and lies. To the reply; Strange how I got a phone call within 20 mins of writing this review. I was buying and was promised a call-back on two seperate occasions. The only call I got was after writing this review. Sad that you operate in this manner - but not my problem now as I won't deal with you for any future business.

We bought our house through Robert Watts and they were fantastic from start to finish. They kept us in the loop constantly. We dealt with Nicky Aspin, she was fantastic, very professional and lovely to talk too. She chased everything and updated me regularly. Incredibly superb customer service which made the stress more manageable, in particular Lisa Hewitt who went above and beyond to help with the purchase of my first home! Lisa is, in my eyes, such an essential asset to the company she was always very professional, well mannered and a breath of fresh air to communicate with! Robert Watts were the agents for our recent house purchase - specifically Lisa and Nicky - and can honestly say I don’t think we could have asked for better service. Aside from being professional and friendly from start to finish, they really went above and beyond on more occasions than I can remember, to make sure that we were not only always up-to-date with the status of our purchase but that all other parties involved were doing everything they could to keep our purchase progressing. They were very empathetic to our situation and we were always made to feel that they were ‘on our side’ whenever needed. We could sense genuine happiness when they were finally able to hand us the keys to our new home (hopefully not because they thought we were difficult customers!) and we even received an amazing welcome box, that really topped off the all round excellent service we received. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Robert Watts again and can’t recommend them highly enough and whilst I’m sure everyone that works there is great, if you happen to have Lisa and/or Nicky dealing with your purchase, then we can guarantee you’ll receive brilliant service.
