Google5start from start to finish! Just picked up the keys to my new rental house. It has been by far the easiest and clearest process I've ever been through with any estate agents. Mattea helped us from Start to finish, gave me all the information required, answered any questions to the best of her ability and got back to me and confirmed anything she was unsure of. Very happy and confident I've made a great decision by using this company And looking forward to some great times in my new place! Thank you for all your help!

I had several estate agents came to value my parents old property and James stood out for the right reasons, straight forward, honest and everything he told me he would do came through in a professional and timely manner (couldn't say the same for some of the other local agents!) The sales process of a difficult sale was made as pain free as possible, the team in the office were brilliant, especially Nicky who handled the majority of the sale. Estate agents have probably had one of their busiest periods in a long while, and comparing the experience I have had with Watts to the service several of my friends have had recently with other Estate Agents, I was truly blessed, throughout there was only one slight hiccup, but that was addressed and rectified immediately. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great team.

GoogleWe chose Robert Watts because of their local reputation. We had viewing afternoons which took the stress of viewings away for us. Tabby who was looking after us at the Birkenshaw office was brilliant start to finish and always updated us well.
