GoogleWe recently used the Birkenshaw branch of Robert Watts to sell our property and purchase our new home. From John arriving at our house to give us advice regarding the selling of our property the whole procedure was dealt with friendly and very professionally. The support given to us by all the staff at the office was first class. They helped us with any queries we had and we were kept informed on a regular basis. We would have no hesitation in recommending Robert Watts.

GoogleROBBINGGREEDY & LIARS ESTATE AGENTS SHOULD BE THE NAME , Where shall I start with these Crooks Put property on markets cheap so every calls the office, Only to be told they are fully booked more lies Gain lots of interest from the local community for the House, Have no intention of calling anybody back to book a viewing. I was willing to pay the asking price no morgate etc would sell me the House , This is not the first time this happen to me with these Pathetic Estate Agents 4 times same deal. Thats why I thought ill leave them a review and let others aware of what they are doing Lie that there Diary is full all the time, apparently there Diary has been full since 1995. Live next door to 1 property recently they put for sale and told me they had viewings all week, not a single person called round at all. Called again and same excuse again were busy full etc More Lies Waite for the best bit below SURPRISE SURPRISE They call all back and ask to put the highest bids in a sealed envelope the greedy People the highest bidder wins WHY LIE AND TRY TO BE GREEDY AVOID THIS OUTFIT THAT CALLS IT SELF AN ESTATE AGENT WATTS STAFF NEED A CLEAR OUT AND MANNERS

GoogleWe used Robert Watts for the sale of our house. They was very efficient from start to finish. Lisa was our sales negotiator and always went above and beyond . This made the sale side of our move practically stress free as Lisa was always updating us on progress. Would definitely recommend Robert Watts if you are thinking of selling.

GoogleI've only got positive things to say about Robert watts. They were proffesional and on the ball with my house purchase, keeping me informed every step of the way. Not only this they chased up the solicitors who were intent on slowing down the purchase. Special shout out to my girl Lisa Hewitt for handling everything so professional.

GooglePurchased my first property from them and still remember starting to cry with tears of joy. The staff were fantastic and understanding that this was a new process for me and that I needed assistance and support along the way. When I went to collect my keys after my successful offer everything was ready for me with a lovely little moving in gift from them. Amazing service from start to finish. All staff are friendly and supportive. Don't be afraid to ask for their help and support, they are happy to go the extra mile within reason. Thank you and pleased to have done business with you all.
