GoogleI have just completed the sale of my property with the Birkenshaw branch. I have been absolutely delighted with the whole experience from valuation onwards. Everyone has been amazing throughout and in particular Rebecca and Angela who have been willing to help at any and every opportunity and listened to my concerns, answered my queries and kept me updated at all times. GoogleUnderhanded misleading give you false hope play with your mind in the end just wanting more on a provisionally sold property hoping seller will accept..... some people have morals.... not here though! having dealt with many estate agents worst experience ever so far EDIT BELOW In response: to call someone churlish for leaving an honest review speaks volumes.... its not about gazumping its about not leading someone up the garden path as a buyer we need to make decisions too i know what happened along the process as it was told to me and i know things happened in the background...... i know with 100% confidence can say it was wrongly handled and i was dealt with incorrectly as a serious buyer!NegativeProfessionalism
Saad we are sorry you felt you had to post this. You were trying to buy a very popular house and we do not favour any potential buyer to give everyone the same chance. We are here to obtain the best price for our client but never encourage gazumping and someone has to lose out. We do feel it is a little churlish to post a 1 star review because of this however.

GoogleI've recently sold a property via Robert Watts Birkenshaw branch. As others have said, the great service starts with John's knowledge of the market and the price that can be achieved. All the staff at the branch are excellent and keep you up to speed with how the process is progressing. I wouldn't hesitate to use this team again be that selling or buying another property.
