GoogleI sold my house recently with Robert Watts from valuation to getting on the market was really quick which was needed to ensure we could get an offer accepted on a house we wanted to buy. The 3 ladies in the office are all exceptional at responding, chasing and pulling parties together. They made the whole selling experience far less stressful and were a pleasure to work with, i actually miss speaking to them now its all over. I had considered going with an online cheaper alternative but knowing how much work is needed and what the estate agents do i think the small cost difference is outweighed by the expertise, availability and knowledge they bring to the moving experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling and if I'm crazy enough to move in the future again then they will be the only firm who I am calling. Thank you love the Browns.

GoogleUnderhanded misleading give you false hope play with your mind in the end just wanting more on a provisionally sold property hoping seller will accept..... some people have morals.... not here though! having dealt with many estate agents worst experience ever so far EDIT BELOW In response: to call someone churlish for leaving an honest review speaks volumes.... its not about gazumping its about not leading someone up the garden path as a buyer we need to make decisions too i know what happened along the process as it was told to me and i know things happened in the background...... i know with 100% confidence can say it was wrongly handled and i was dealt with incorrectly as a serious buyer!NegativeProfessionalism
Saad we are sorry you felt you had to post this. You were trying to buy a very popular house and we do not favour any potential buyer to give everyone the same chance. We are here to obtain the best price for our client but never encourage gazumping and someone has to lose out. We do feel it is a little churlish to post a 1 star review because of this however.

GoogleRobert Watts estate agents made the whole process of selling my house very easy and painless , from the first correspondence of me asking for a valuation to final day of handing the keys over they were very efficient and friendly and if you popped into the office they always had a smile on there face . As soon as the house was on the market i was kept well informed of any viewings and then any offers that came along , you can also go online and keep a check of this yourself which i found very useful and informative and lets you know how things are progressing . They have kept myself and my buyer in the loop as to what was going on with the sale and if any problem arose they quickly sorted it out , i have now used Robert Watts twice and if i needed to sell my house again they would be my first port of call.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRobert Watts were the agents for our recent house purchase - specifically Lisa and Nicky - and can honestly say I don’t think we could have asked for better service. Aside from being professional and friendly from start to finish, they really went above and beyond on more occasions than I can remember, to make sure that we were not only always up-to-date with the status of our purchase but that all other parties involved were doing everything they could to keep our purchase progressing. They were very empathetic to our situation and we were always made to feel that they were ‘on our side’ whenever needed. We could sense genuine happiness when they were finally able to hand us the keys to our new home (hopefully not because they thought we were difficult customers!) and we even received an amazing welcome box, that really topped off the all round excellent service we received. GoogleI sold my property using Robert watts. We were in a chain of 4, being the only property in the chain that wasn’t using an online only estate agent. If it wasn’t for the staff at Robert watts getting involved with every person in the chain, effectively doing the job of 4 estate agents in the end process, I doubt we would have completed even now! The staff in the office were heavily involved speaking with solicitors and helping to move things along. They were responsive with my viewing feedback and quick to contact me when people wished to arrange viewings. I have been 100% satisfied from the beginning of the process to completion. I would not hesitate to use Robert watts in the future if I were to move again, however given my experience, I would be extremely wary of buying another property marketed with an online estate agent. GoogleI purchased my first property through Robert Watts years ago. I then decided to rent this property out and used their lettings service for this. I have to say this has been a fantastic service for me. The property has been really well looked after. I know from neighbours around the area that all tenants have been great and caused no issues. I live in Scotland and Robert Watts have taken a huge amount of stress off my plate. I will be using them with confidence to sell this property too. Highly recommended.
