GoogleWe used Roberts Watts to sell and buy a property this year (2022). The initial process of selling our property was completely new to us but after an evaluation from James Watts and the subsequent support from his team, getting our property on the market and selling quickly was excellent. We purchased a new build property through Robert Watts, which meant once the sale was confirmed, we had to wait for the build to be completed. During this ttime,Robert Watts kept us well iinformed,which helped massively. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Robert Watts to anyone.

GoogleRobert Watts provided an excellent service. The process of marketing the property was very efficient, a useful online tracker and plenty of feedback regarding viewings. The property sold very quickly within the week and Tabby was in touch every few days with updates, Lisa and Rebecca were also very helpful too. Things got a little complicated when the sale fell through but another buyer was secured within days and the property completed 5 weeks later. Selling a house is stressful, I live in the South West and as I am not in the area anymore I needed the property to be left in safe hands. As the property was vacant Tabby arranged for it to be checked on regularly for my peace of mind and always replied to my calls immediately. Thanks to John, Tabby and the rest of the team for your help with this matter. I highly recommend Robert Watts to anyone wanting a professional service.

GoogleFrom word go this company was honest, reliable and professional. They said they'd sell our house, and they did exactly that within good timescales. Always kept in contact with me and kept me updated of progress. I personally liked that they have offices locally where you can speak to the agents face to face. Would have no problem using again or recommending to others.
