GoogleRecently sold a property with Robert Watts, Wibsey. Excellent service from everyone in the office, particularly Amelia who always returned my calls promptly, answered my queries and kept me updated. I have given 4 stars as the property was undervalued at valuation stage by £15k, surely the person who attends to value before marketing the property is aware of the area, market conditions & what other like for like properties are being valued at.

We take on board what you say about the valuation but the bullish market has been difficult to predict and increasing demand has sometimes pushed up values beyond our estimates. However our job is always to get the top value for you by using our progressive marketing and hopefully you were happy with the end achieved value.

GoogleAre you considering renting through them? Don't bother. Waste of time and money. They will make you travel to properties for viewing and to the office to put application form in just to decline the next day
Tomski we are very sorry you are not happy with the process but unfortunately tenants do get declined after an application has gone in and obviously we don't know this until after the viewings. We assure you we are not in the habit of wasting any one's time or wasting their money and the processes we have in place are there for a good reason.

Everyone knows moving home is one of the top 3 most stressful things you can do and they made the whole process so smooth I would definitely recommend to anyone!

GoogleWe sold two properties through Robert Watts in Cleckheaton. They were extremely helpful and kept us informed throughout. Their assistance was particularly helpful when our first home hit a snag (spot of damp) which was fixed quickly and efficiently by a local company they recommended. We obtained pretty much 'asking price' for both properties and were very happy with their service. Would definitely recommend.
