GoogleWe viewed a house through Robert Watts (Clare) and from the get go, she was absolutely brilliant and friendly! Being first time buyers, we were nervous...Clare helped settle those nerves. Further to this, she was absolutely fantastic in being the person to help us understand the process, despite us only being the buyers through Robert Watts and not a seller...not only that, she chased updates from all parties which massively helped us...even our solicitor didn't always share the full info being any delays etc but Clare was on it...supportive and found out quickly (in a nice way, not aggressive) and fed that back to us in the manner we would understand! Without a shadow of doubt, I would use Clare and Robert Watts (Highfield Road, Bradford) if we came to sell in the future and hopefully buy another property through them only! Thank you Claire and Robert Watts :)

GoogleI recently sold an end terrace property in East Bierley through the Birkenshaw office of Robert Watts who also provided a Probate Valuation for me and I found Mr Watts and his staff extremely helpful throughout and very responsive to any requests for help or information. They kept me fully informed on what was happening on a regular basis throughout what turned out to be quite a lengthy process and I would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the area.

GoogleI bought my new house through Robert Watts at Birkenshaw. My sale wasn't smooth sailing, but the Team made my life much easier. They were always positive and helpful and really great with communication which my own estate for my sale was lacking. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

GoogleI viewed a property n my Sales Representative came late never apologise also never Assisted Me with any information about the property he opened the door went in the front room n stayed in there the entire time my Partner n I viewed the property.. It was by far the most horrible behaviour I've ever seen or heard of.. Robert Watts isn't for Me.. Oh n I videoed the entire experience so I have proof I'm thinking I should post it..
Mr Lightbourne we are sorry if you were not happy with the viewing and it was not our intention to cause any offence here. The viewer did say you offered a figure that was unacceptable for the house and we had higher offers on the table so we don't know whether this was the cause of any issues you had.
