GoogleFirstly, me and a friend applied to rent a property. Neither of us have had any CCJ's etc. Anyway, we didn't get it as the agent said someone else had got it. Just 3 days later it's still on the market with a reduced price. So either way, I've been lied to. Not good at all. Secondly, I was going to apply for another property under them but didn't bother as they said I'd need to drive all the way to their Cleckheaton base again to hand in application after they already have every detail they need from me. Not very good for people who are short of time and plus the costs of fuel etc not mention the global footprint. Not good enough.
Andrew this is a review on rentals so you need to direct it that page. Unfortunately there are more houses than tenants applying so we are sorry you lost out.

GoogleExcellent service all round. Property well marketed and sold quickly. The exchange and completion was a bit tricky due to the length of the chain but Jenny was on the case from day one. She really made a difference.

GoogleShame you can't just put an address in the search bar and it comes up,instead it comes up with houses all over that area! We had seen 3 houses we wanted to purchase for our daughter but gave it up,ended up buying from another estate agent, your charges should reflect your efficiency and its obvious that your search engine needs bringing into this century. We are looking to downsize shortly now the last child has flown the nest,we will try watts again but if after 20 mins I can't find what I'm looking for,well, someone else will gain from your lack of updating your search engine.
Ian we are sorry you have had so much trouble with the website but it was updated this year and we have had no other complaints to be fair. You can narrow the search via miles radius if that helps but please contact the office if you would like more details.

GoogleIt was our first time selling a house although we had a few obstacles out of our control, robert watts where very helpful throughout the whole sale. We also bought through their birkenshaw branch which were as helpful and our 'saving grace' through a very difficult and stressful time. Highly recommend and (although we really dont want to go through the process again) we would definitely use them again. Thanks again.

GoogleWe used Roberts Watts to sell and buy a property this year (2022). The initial process of selling our property was completely new to us but after an evaluation from James Watts and the subsequent support from his team, getting our property on the market and selling quickly was excellent. We purchased a new build property through Robert Watts, which meant once the sale was confirmed, we had to wait for the build to be completed. During this ttime,Robert Watts kept us well iinformed,which helped massively. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Robert Watts to anyone.

GoogleHad a rather jaded opinion of estate agents however, Robert Watts changed our opinion completely. From the start, the valuation was a positive experience which can’t be said for another agent we also tried. We dealt with Nicky and Liz and they couldn’t do enough for us. Our personal experience had many hurdles and they helped us every step of the way. They were always available, offered advice when asked and spoke to our buyer and their solicitor when queries arose. They were invaluable. Would highly recommend them.

They were always willing to help and were available when needed, we had trouble getting updates from our solicitors but Nicky was fantastic and went above and beyond to put us at ease and keep us in the loop. GoogleCame across Robert Watts after they sold one of the neighbour’s properties. Initial service was a bit iffy. Photos were quick and we didn’t get a Facebook post like others so some admin was missed and when we did receive an offer on the house it was out that would probably be our only offer so knocked a star off. However the after offer and sales stage was brilliant, Nikki and the team helped push the sale on as quickly as they could and gave advice where needed so couldn’t fault them. An excellent mediator for when you have useless conveyancers. Would recommend.
