GoogleThe service provided by the Robert Watts team was exceptional! Right from the start when John bounced up the stairs to come and review the property, all the way with regular updates from Tabby and the finalisation of all the paperwork by Lisa - all was superb! Thank you guys for a wonderful team effort - I'm sure your positive outlook and energy makes a massive difference to buyers and sellers alike. I highly recommend this team.

GoogleI recently sold an end terrace property in East Bierley through the Birkenshaw office of Robert Watts who also provided a Probate Valuation for me and I found Mr Watts and his staff extremely helpful throughout and very responsive to any requests for help or information. They kept me fully informed on what was happening on a regular basis throughout what turned out to be quite a lengthy process and I would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the area.
Many thanks James we really appreciate you taking the time to post this and we’re really pleased John and the team could help in the sale.

GoogleWe recently used the Birkenshaw branch of Robert Watts to sell our property and purchase our new home. From John arriving at our house to give us advice regarding the selling of our property the whole procedure was dealt with friendly and very professionally. The support given to us by all the staff at the office was first class. They helped us with any queries we had and we were kept informed on a regular basis. We would have no hesitation in recommending Robert Watts.
Many thanks Frederick for this great review and we’re so pleased John and the team were there to help in your sale from start to finish.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant from start to finish! The team were always 'on the ball' and kept us regularly updated. Emails and phone calls were replied to and returned promptly and nothing was ever to much trouble. They're a very friendly and professional team and I would highly recommend Robert Watts to anyone looking to sell their house.

GoogleRobert Watts provided an excellent service. The process of marketing the property was very efficient, a useful online tracker and plenty of feedback regarding viewings. The property sold very quickly within the week and Tabby was in touch every few days with updates, Lisa and Rebecca were also very helpful too. Things got a little complicated when the sale fell through but another buyer was secured within days and the property completed 5 weeks later. Selling a house is stressful, I live in the South West and as I am not in the area anymore I needed the property to be left in safe hands. As the property was vacant Tabby arranged for it to be checked on regularly for my peace of mind and always replied to my calls immediately. Thanks to John, Tabby and the rest of the team for your help with this matter. I highly recommend Robert Watts to anyone wanting a professional service.
Rebecca we really appreciate you taking time to post this very thorough review and we are so pleased all the staff at Birkenshaw were able to help through an obviously difficult sales process. Thank you for using us on the sale.

GoogleI sold my house recently with Robert Watts from valuation to getting on the market was really quick which was needed to ensure we could get an offer accepted on a house we wanted to buy. The 3 ladies in the office are all exceptional at responding, chasing and pulling parties together. They made the whole selling experience far less stressful and were a pleasure to work with, i actually miss speaking to them now its all over. I had considered going with an online cheaper alternative but knowing how much work is needed and what the estate agents do i think the small cost difference is outweighed by the expertise, availability and knowledge they bring to the moving experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling and if I'm crazy enough to move in the future again then they will be the only firm who I am calling. Thank you love the Browns.
Thank you Jacob for posting this super and comprehensive review and we are so glad the Birkenshaw team could help the process be as smooth as possible.
