Obviously they are very experienced and knowledgeable of the property market in the Bradford (and beyond) districts. GoogleWas informed by valuer that they didn't put a sold sign up until the money for the house is proven to be there ...that is why we went with them .Now we are into months and months of sold subject to contact and still no money ! .We are obviously very upset by this and are loosing vast amounts of money on the mortgage payments ext ext as just stuck in limbo as its supposedly sold many months ago and been refused our request to put it back on the market as sold ? We just feel as though we were lied to and still all these months later we don't have the sale money! Just very upset about it all and wonder why they have effectively taken our house off the market refused to remarket when no money for the sale has been received after all this time ? We are tired of having to chase constantly with no sale of our property in sight at all and no viewers at all because its allegedly sold ?We agreed to sell through them as informed we never ever put sold on until the money is proven to be there now into month 8..yes you read this correct and the reply is well there can be unforseen circumstances. Realy ? . We thought the money was proven or not .Wish we had avoided this company as it will cost you thousands and now into Spring 24 when sold summer 23 ..the mental stress is horrendous.

GoogleWorst Estate Agents Around. They need to learn how to communicate with their clients. You never informed me with anything, so stop your lies. Gillian Spence Marla your Senior Letting Manager needs Customer Service Skills as she doesnt know how to talk to a customer. I requested a contractor to be sent out to the property Asap which you failed to do aswell as there were no follow-ups and nither any confirmation through emails that someone is gona visit the site instead so i assumed you didnt find anyone instead you bill me for something that i didn't require again and nither justified.You wasn't thinking i was gona wait forever for you imaginary contractor to turn up were you. And Thanks for nothing.

Usman were obviously really disappointed to receive this review. We have investigated this and we are sorry but we totally disagree with your comments as we clearly arranged with you for contractors to visit the house and you refused them entry which is where the problem arose. Contractors will unfortunately always charge for a failed visit which we cannot change.

GoogleI’ve used Robert Watts 3 times now for selling my houses and I always come back to them. They provide an excellent service and have a fantastic team there. Amy looked after my sale this time and she always kept me updated and pushed everything along. we did have some hiccups with buyers pulling out, but through working together and good communication we got there in the end. Thanks to Amy, James, Jenny and Nicky for getting it over the line!

GoogleExcellent company to deal with. They arranged many viewings and sold the property within a week. Excellent communication, go above and beyond. They take care of everything. I do not live near the property I sold and they looked after the property and did the meter readings prior to completion. Thank you so much to all the team.

Janice, Amy and Nikki were so professional in doing their job, kept us updated on the progress and chased sellers for us to get things moving.
