I have dealt with a number of estate agents over the last few years amidst the house buying frenzy post Covid which didn’t leave a great impression, so wasn’t sure what to expect. However, since the first viewing with Lucy to the ongoing contact with Julie, I could not be happier! The house buying process has been very smooth, and where needed, Julie was on hand to chase and keep things moving. Such a pleasant experience that has made me see the quality of work at Robert Watts. Thank you again

So arranged a view to see a property over the weekend. Waited for half an hour for someone to show up but no one did, not even a courtesy call to say their running late etc. The estate agent calls me to see how the viewing went and when advised that their just wasted my time and no one showed up the started to blame each other. Jokers not the first time this has happened with RW.

If I could I wouldn’t leave any stars. I am a first time buyer who fell in love with a property, I communicated with the vendor who was more than happy for me to have the house. The agent on the other hand, disgusting, they have lied to me and something doesn’t sit right. I spoke to a lady called Julie and was shocked by the way she spoke to me, I don’t know how she gets any business speaking to people like that. Avoid this agent like the plague!

Really happy with my buying experience with Robert Watts. Can't fault their service. Tabby was friendly and competent , and each stage of the buying process seemed to be completed smoothly. Obviously they are very experienced and knowledgeable of the property market in the Bradford (and beyond) districts.
