They repeatedly called my Wife while her grandad was dying in hospital. When calls were understandably unanswered, instead of showing any empathy, they sent a rude, accusatory email implying she was being disrespectful for not picking up.
People have lives. Emergencies happen. Harassing someone and then criticising them for not engaging with sales calls is unacceptable.
If this is how they behave before you even become a client, I dread to think how they treat people once they have your business. Avoid.
