GoogleChose Robert Watts (Birkenshaw branch) to help sell my in-laws home. They were excellent throughout, supporting us through the whole process, particularly Tabby who was an absolute star. Hopefully everyone is now settled but if we had to move again or recommend anyone, I'd happily choose them again.

GoogleUnprofessional and completely lacking basic human decency. They repeatedly called my Wife while her grandad was dying in hospital. When calls were understandably unanswered, instead of showing any empathy, they sent a rude, accusatory email implying she was being disrespectful for not picking up. People have lives. Emergencies happen. Harassing someone and then criticising them for not engaging with sales calls is unacceptable. If this is how they behave before you even become a client, I dread to think how they treat people once they have your business. Avoid.

GoogleEven if selling house was stressful time, cuz buyers and their solicitors were very difficult to work with, thanks to robert watts team i always felt listened and taken cared of. Very helpful and understanding. responding to every issue i've had.

GoogleWe recently sold our property through robert watts. We found the process smooth and had bought our property through them originally. The valuation met our expectations and the fees were competitive so we chose to use Robert Watts again (buying through them previously was also a good experience) Stephen dealt with our listing and Angela with the sale. They were both on hand whenever we needed them and in my opinion both gave very honest and professional advice to any questions that I asked. They chased up when required and were prompt with their responses. The rest of the staff were always on hand to assist if their colleagues assigned to our sale were not present. They all have a vast knowledge of the local area and I would recommend this agency to anybody thinking of buying or selling a property.
We really appreciate you posting this super feedback Al as its always lovely to have repeat customers and get your experience as both a buyer and a seller. Stephen and Angela are both experienced and proactive people which we feel is vital in the selling process and we pride ourselves on our local knowledge. GoogleI had a great experience with this estate agent from start to finish. The team were friendly, personable, and always quick to get back to me. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt in the loop. There were a few unexpected delays along the way, but Angela was fantastic at keeping everything calm and organised. Her attention to detail and constant coordination made a huge difference and took a lot of the stress out of the process. I’d unreservedly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and genuinely caring team to handle their sale or purchase.

Jenny went way and beyond what we could have hoped for and was, in our opinion, instrumental in getting the sale completed. We will actually miss our chats and interactions with Jenny, who truly is an incredible asset to the Robert Watts organisation. GoogleGreat experience, my sale with another agent fell through three days before I was due to go on holiday. I was able to hand Robert Watts the keys and they sorted everything out for me, including all the post sale chase ups. I would definitely recommend.
