Very poor customer service. I would recommend that anyone considering this estate agent go to another one.

Thanks to the gentlemen in the sales team for getting us under offer and helping with what was a very tricky sale. In particular Joe and Scott were great. A credit to the office.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. My first time renting was much easier than I thought it was going to be and that's down to the great work from Katie and Scarlett. Thank you

I can’t thank the Townends team enough for all their hard work. Speedy response, always at the end of the phone, and constantly pushing what can be a really stressful process. I sold my flat in just over 2 months. Huge thanks to Beckie, my sales progressor!

Townsend Regents Estate Agens based in Sunbury are one of the most efficient company I have ever dealt with. They assisted us in the process of finding our new home, and made the finding and transition process exceptionally smothe and easy. I’m ever so greatful for the outstanding customer care, attention to details and friendly approach the company staff had offered. Cannot reccomend high enough! Thank you ever so much.

When renting a property for the first time, you can be nervous but David Rudley was incredibly helpful and informative. I cannot put into words how truly thankful I am for his excellent customer service! He put me at ease and was unbelievably understanding throughout! If I had any questions, he got back to me in very good timing with all the right answers. Can’t thank him enough!

As a landlord, Katie and Scarlett were an absolute pleasure to deal with. After having gone through a terrible experience with another agent, these girls restored my faith in estate agents. I had constant communication and feedback given to me from the get go through to completion. Any missed calls would always be passed on by the sales team in their absence and returned by the girls. Would thoroughly recommend. Thanks again ladies.

Moving home can be very stressful but Townends Regents took the stress out of my move. I found Townends Regents to be extremely professional and efficient estate agents. The staff especially, Scarlett and Hayley, are well organised, helpful, knowledgeable and responded to any questions my husband and I had very quickly. I would highly recommend Townends Regents to my friends and family. I was impressed with their service overall.
