I dealt with Christina and she let me know she was new to the company, she was very helpful and attentive, dressed smartly and nothing was an issue. Really impressed!! She is an honourable member to the Staines branch!!

Found them to be really good. Walked in off street and was assisted by Joanna who was actually Lettings Manager, but she was super helpful, friendly and really knowledgeable of the local area.

Recently spoke to Ms Jo Eden about future availability/costs of lettings property in the Staines area, and although she knew my enquiry might not result in my renting a property she was patient and very knowledgeable. I felt confident that she had given me all the information I needed and will certainly be in contact with her when I am in the position to go ahead.

I used Townends to sell my property in Staines. The service and their understanding of the market was instrumental in helping me achieve a quick sale at a price which exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking to sell in the near future.

We’ve just used Townends Regents to sell our home in Staines. I can not recommend Tim De Souza highly enough. His whole team there (Sahil, Arthur, and Matt Clifford Egham branch) were extremely professional - friendly, courteous, efficient and effective. Excellent! Thank you so much.

I had a great experience with Townends estate agents. I dealt mostly with Arthur who was so accommodating to my schedule and very professional however all of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met as well as ensuring the process was swiftly dealt with. I would highly recommend this agency.

The Staines Office has greatly improved because of Joanna Eden's presence. Her confidence, her knowledge and the ability to liaise professionally with prospective tenants and landlords is remarkable. She is a credit to Townends.

Brilliant, Professional, courteous, helpful are a few words to describe the service that we received. Arthur was brilliant in sourcing us the right property and his team did an amazing job for completing in the time frame that we had requested and were suggested. Made a great B'day gift for my wife whose bday was on the same day as the exchange. Thank you Townends. we would definitely recommend you all. Thank you.

Great customer care. I have had a lot of bad experiences with alternate estate agents, so I was surprised by the extremely high level of professionalism that Regents offered. I would recommend to anyone!

Ben really helped me with the purchase of my home. I was part of a chain and he helped me through every step of the way. If the agent at the other end of my sale/purchase was as helpful as Ben, the entire ordeal would have taken half the time.

Would highly recommend Townsend Regents. I brought my first home through them and I found the service seamless, very polite team and the head negotiator Ben was always in contact day or night with updates or to answer any annoying questions we had - Genuine 5 star service!

Myself and partner were very pleased with the service received by Regents, Addlestone. Beth and Rich were very professional through the whole process from placing the offer on the property, till the point of collecting our keys. We would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Put my property on to rent with Max, who was my point of contact throughout. I wasn't the easiest landlord to deal with but Max was always contactable. He was absolutely fantastic to deal with and looked after me very well - I wouldnt go anywhere else now! A credit to the company and one of the best. Thank you Max!

I have got to be honest I am not one to normally leave reviews but I thought in this instance Richard from your office deserves to be recognised. I have worked in the industry for some time so I know what “Good” looks like and although I did not buy a property through Townends in the end, Richard has been completely tenancious following me up every few weeks to see how my purchase is going and that for me Shows the right attributes of a great Neg. Rich has been the only agent out of the 10 I registered with who actually seemed bothered and followed up! Great work Rich, you are an asset to your office and thanks for all your support!

I have dealt with multiple branches of Townsend and they have both been extremely professional .I dealt with Max who has worked incredible hard to find a property that ticked all my boxes. He was patient, kind, and listened to what I was looking for. Highly recommend abd would use again.

We bought a maisonette through Regents in February dealing with both Richard and Chris but primarily Richard. From the outset we found him to be personable, professional and efficient. The communication throughout the buying process was excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He clearly enjoys his job and isn't pushy like many estate agents can be! We would highly recommend using Regents as they genuinely care about who they are dealing with and come across as a very organised and friendly team. Thanks so much for helping us to find our lovely new home Richard!
