GoogleWas looking to rent in the Woking area, was very impressed with the knowledge Jordan showed, nothing was to much trouble. As a first time tenant I was slightly nervous but was put at ease by Jordan as he explained the process in simple terms. First rate service, thanks.

GoogleScarlett has been very helpful in communicating with ourselves, any problems we had prior to moving in Scarlett got straight on the phone to the Landlord to help sort things out for us. I would definitely recommend using Townends.

GoogleGreat service and very friendly welcoming atmosphere. I visited four agencies today to ask about the new Energy law coming in which was worrying me and my husband greatly. Out of the four agencies I visited in the High Street I spoke to a lady called Jess in the rental department. She was the only person who I spoke to who knew the law on this and in a nice reassuring way explained it to me clearly so I could relay it to my husband later. I wish I had gone here first! A very friendly lady who clearly is knowledgable and a true professional in what she does. I haven’t used Townends in the past but I definitely would in the future after my visit today. Mr Townends this lady is a real credit to your company

GooglePlease be aware this company is very good at taking deposits. But wait until you try to get it back.we are in the process of taking them to court. Please everyone they are very good at getting you what you want. Hope every one is happy when they decide to move.

GoogleTownends are by far, in my opinion, the worst Estate Agency out there, and have been an absolute nightmare, as tenants, to deal with. The majority are unprofessional, unreliable, utterly useless and complete liars. I will never, ever, use this company for anything ever again. If you ever use this company then proceed with extreme caution. Dont expect to ever be called back once they have your money, don't expect property repairs to be dealt with without you chasing them persistently (over one month without hot water or heating in Dec/Jan time), dont expect documentation to be fully accurate, dont expect them to turn up to viewings but instead ask the current tenants to show you around. Do expect them to lie to put the Landlord to shame, even though they are at fault (as confirmed by the Lanlord) do expect your property to be left insecure when they have attended, do expect your property to be damaged when they have attended, do expect to speak with people who do not carry out actions they say they will. Do expect rudeness and disappointment from day 1...I could go on. Townends Woking, property management and rentals in particular, should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, the last 4 years dealing with Townends Woking has been a nightmare.

He gave my property a fair valuation, he took lots of great photos indoors and out to show the property in the best way. GoogleWorst agency in th world!! Stay well away.As a landlord they allow my tenants to breach their contract. I don't allow pets they let 3 dogs stay in my 1 bed flat and an extra tenant and then have the gaul to tell me that they cant do an inspection as the tenants need peace and tranquillity when they are breaching their contract. They never reply to emails or calls. Some of the staff are so clueless you may as well employ chimps. NEVER EVER USE TOWNENDS.if minus points were available they would get it Also their fees are ludicrous and they over charge for everything. Their own handyman couldn't even measure a washing machine correctly. Stay well away if you are a landlord. If a tenant go for it as they let you destroy property and breach contracts as you need a peaceful life!!

GoogleI had a fantastic experience dealing with Kevin and Zack. Townends Regents were a breath of fresh air with their approach and attitude to selling my property. Other agents came in and priced the house wrong, Kevin got it spot on and was always very honest and straight talking. Zack then got me multiple offers and ultimately the best price. Very very happy and would recommend to anyone!

FacebookAs communicated by people on this forum, I cannot believe the degree of unprofessionalism displayed by the company and their agents. They have properties for which they take people's money (but they will still show up on their website and rightmove) and then cite legal loopholes to get out of the mess they put their clients through. It is one thing to be 'legally right' and a completely different thing to be 'morally upright'; the latter, I don't think the company has heard of. Hopefully this review and what several others have posted here will help prevent other people from falling prey to them.

FacebookStandard "how much money can we get out of you?" agency. Crazy high fees (so much so that, when I repeatedly complained and threatened to not go ahead, they chopped off £100, which brought the total down to "bonkers" rather than "fucking bonkers".) Eventually my landlord, who was also sick of them, said she was packing them in and would deal with us privately. Avoid - try to deal with a landlord privately rather than fund avaricious companies like this.

GoogleHaving dealt with Craig over the years ( financial advisor ), He put me onto the lettings team. After numerous viewings they found me a tennant It was a pleasure to work with them, and they were very professional in their choice (especially Richard ) .Overall a good experience.

FacebookYou always need to chase. I have reached out to the property management side and they seem swamped and therefore are unable to help. I had a £10 bill converted to a £110 bill. I am now chasing for a refund but they just seem to charge whatever they want. Its really frustrating. The local agents are OK, its just the property management side. You always have to chase, chase and chase.
