GoogleThey were the first to answer my request for a valuation of my property and since then they have always been very responsive and professional. My property is now near to exchange point and I would not hesitate to use Townends again.

GoogleAgents are always late. Viewings are lazy. Lots of dubious claims and sometmes outright lies. Office staff are rude. We have been house hunting in the area for a month now and we have started to actively avoid properties let by Townends.

GoogleI didn't end up selling my house due to a change in circumstance but I will surely be using Townends when I am ready to move, the service I received was second to none. Thank you for your help and time. Sam

GoogleGreat company!!! Joanna was amazing, professional and extremely helpful.

GoogleJoanne at Townends in Staines was great to deal with, she went overboard to help my ageing father going well beyond my expectations of a rental agency. I have nothing but praise for her work ethic.

GoogleWe sold our house through townsend and it was not straightforward, but Ryan was absolutely brilliant, he was always there to re assure us, as we all know how stressful moving home is, I cant praise him enough , just how patient ,understanding and helpful he is, the world could do with more people like him, he works so hard to help and was our saviour , if he says hes going to do something he does it, he calls you back when he says he will which doesnt happen alot now a days , always so cheerful too .Thank you Ryan .

GoogleExcellent service from TownendsRegents Estate Agents' staff. The process wasn't without a few hiccups along the way and not painless, but the quality assistance and level of care from Joanna and David helped ease things through . They gave me a very good personal service.

GoogleSahil helped my wife and I with a house purchase late 2017. We found him to be pragmatic, honest and open from the first viewing right through to collecting the keys to our new home. At times, I think the branch was short staffed which sometimes made it tricky to get hold of Sahil. This was no reflection on Sahil personally, and is the only reason I'm not awarding the full five stars. I'd definitely consider using Townends Regents again.

GoogleI found Joanna Eden in the Staines office very professional in her approach to re-let my flat in Oaks Road. I will be 80 next year and like most my age a bit slow, but Joanna was helpful and I hope the new tenant will move in on the 1st December Many thanks to the Townends team in particular the Staines Office for all their help
