GoogleGreat service Max Younas. I would recommend anyone who is looking for Mortgage Advisor. Very friendly and very helpful which was good as it’s my first mortgage so was unsure of the process but Max explanded it all to me very well. kept me updating about everything. the process was speedy and efficient. thanks again.

GoogleMax Younas took us on journey for what we thought would be a simply remortgage, to buying a new house. Always helpful and eager to answer our questions with as much information as possible. GoogleA really great service. Katie and Nadine have really looked after us. Making us feel at ease and stress free in the process of finding our new home. Regularly keeping in touch by email and phone calls. Really happy we chose townends as nothing was to much trouble for them. The went the extra mile and we highly recommend them.

FacebookIt is difficult to describe quite how chaotic the Townends maintenance team are. Between the frequent replacement of our 'property managers', the several weeks it could take between emails, the failure to ever answer the phone, refusal to complete maintenance / share information on the landlord until the council intervened, failure to inform landlord of maintenance issues (once taking several weeks between us telling them about a serious issue and contacting him to discuss...), the black hole that is the 'maintenance property portal'.... I could go on. We eventually gave up and liaised directly with the landlord. A lot of room for improvement, I wouldn't use them again nor recommend to others. I am also very sceptical about any firm who fills their facebook page with positive reviews from their own employees. This would be more subtle, FYI, if they weren't all from the same two-week period.

GoogleOne of the poorest agencies I've colaborated with. They promise you a lot until you sign up and once you pay the agency fee, you find that they do nothing for you as a tenant. I had to pay a total of £ 4750 to rent a one-bedroom apartment. I write this feedback hoping to help others like me. I am free to answer any questions. ✔Take care of your money💸!

GoogleThanks to them they sold our house in 1 week to the first viewer they contacted. This was after trying for 7 months with 2 other local agents. I wished we had gone to them first. Arthur contacted one of his clients as soon as we went live with them and set up a viewing 5 days later. Within a week an offer was accepted. Simple!

GoogleWith regard to rentals I can only thank Townends for all their help. A special mention must go to Joanna Eden who, in a difficult time for us was outstandingly helpfull. On the sales side a very good job was done with a difficult spec. and I would like to thank Tina Kidd for her help in moving the sale along to a conclusion so efficiently

GoogleI have always felt comfortable that my properties were in capable hands at Townends. However, more recently I have had a change of tenancy which has presented some complex challenges. I have found the staff at Townends, in particular Katie D'imperio and Radhika Thakrar-Patel unbelievably professional, supportive and fair. Both have shown excellent communication skills that engender trust and appreciation that my houses are in capable hands. Gratitude!

GoogleJaime Warden acted quickly and professionally throughout the issue I had with a leak coming from the apartment upstairs which caused damage to my property. He kept me informed of the situation and progress made and provided reassurance to myself as the landlord and also to my tenant. He acted on my behalf to ensure the situation was rectified asap. I did not feel I had to chase him up as Jaime was efficiently getting things done which I really appreciate. Thank you once again.

GoogleI have just moved into a property in Sunbury through Sunbury Townends.. to say they have been amazing would be an understatement they have made my whole first time moving experience so smooth and as stress free as they could of made it. everything was explained to me at the point of the viewing and then offering I had regular checks on how I was doing and if I needed help with anything Nadine and Katie was amazing! Thank you again and I would highly recommend.
