GoogleThere are plenty of agents in Addlestone, but the team at Townends are a cut above the rest. I've sold my property with them, and they worked extremely hard to get to a close in tough market. Selling a property in this market requires a professional experienced agent. Both Ben and Richard at Townends are a credit to their industry - consummate professionals, industrious, fast movers and are one step ahead all of the time. My advice is to take your time speaking to agents, only then will you see the difference that Ben and Richard bring to the table.

Shona was great and worked quickly and efficiently to find the right tenant and within a few weeks all the paperwork was completed and the new tenant was ready to move in. Shona kept me well informed every step of the way.
My previous dealings not long ago with Waterfalls was for selling my Mother’s house, Steve Mantell was equally excellent and very professional and went the extra mile to make sure all ran smoothly.

Although it was a long drawn out process (through no fault of Waterfalls), Matt was proactive, polite, helpful and patient throughout the whole process. He even went above and beyond to speed things up when it looked like the purchase wouldn’t complete before our mortgage offer expired and managed to save the day! I can’t recommend Waterfalls and Matt highly enough, if only all estate agents were like this!

Google5 years living in the UK and all of them rented, I have never seen in those 5 years what I have seen with this scammers agency. The worst and saddest thing is that it was me who did not turn to my current agent before going with them. And on top of that I lost my money. Hopefully they are choking because they will not take a pound more from me. I give them 1 star because they can not be removed.
MR. JOE there is nothing to discuss. I don't know in another branch but Staines branch is a really poor service when inform to the customer and explaining all details. Of course I'll share this case in more sites for show the people how to lose 500 pounds easy and quick with your agency. Information fault telling that is everything in the lettings guide. Detail that's not true, because somethings were explained by Iain but too late. If the incompetents that you have in that office explain everything on the properly moment probably not lose my money and you the customer and more.....

GoogleYou cannot trust them,. Unfortunately. I had a house let agreed. The house was in a very poor condition, so the Landlord agreed to refurbish it. I had to wait almost a month ans when i finally got the keys, no work whatsoever was done in the house. The Estate agents (Akash and Lily) gave me the excuse that "The Landlord got his dates mixed up".
I had to pay hotel for my family until i found another property.
They have not even have the decency of returning my money as of today.
NEVER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
Replying with a "Sorry" message, doesn't cut it.
They were supposed to go into the property before i moved in and do a check on the property, which they obviously did not, or if they did and even then handed me the key, then they knew the house was in a very poor condition, which in turn raises even more concerns on the way they operate
