Google5 years living in the UK and all of them rented, I have never seen in those 5 years what I have seen with this scammers agency. The worst and saddest thing is that it was me who did not turn to my current agent before going with them. And on top of that I lost my money. Hopefully they are choking because they will not take a pound more from me. I give them 1 star because they can not be removed. MR. JOE there is nothing to discuss. I don't know in another branch but Staines branch is a really poor service when inform to the customer and explaining all details. Of course I'll share this case in more sites for show the people how to lose 500 pounds easy and quick with your agency. Information fault telling that is everything in the lettings guide. Detail that's not true, because somethings were explained by Iain but too late. If the incompetents that you have in that office explain everything on the properly moment probably not lose my money and you the customer and more.....

GoogleYou cannot trust them,. Unfortunately. I had a house let agreed. The house was in a very poor condition, so the Landlord agreed to refurbish it. I had to wait almost a month ans when i finally got the keys, no work whatsoever was done in the house. The Estate agents (Akash and Lily) gave me the excuse that "The Landlord got his dates mixed up". I had to pay hotel for my family until i found another property. They have not even have the decency of returning my money as of today. NEVER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Replying with a "Sorry" message, doesn't cut it. They were supposed to go into the property before i moved in and do a check on the property, which they obviously did not, or if they did and even then handed me the key, then they knew the house was in a very poor condition, which in turn raises even more concerns on the way they operate

GoogleGreat service Max Younas. I would recommend anyone who is looking for Mortgage Advisor. Very friendly and very helpful which was good as it’s my first mortgage so was unsure of the process but Max explanded it all to me very well. kept me updating about everything. the process was speedy and efficient. thanks again.

GoogleMax Younas took us on journey for what we thought would be a simply remortgage, to buying a new house. Always helpful and eager to answer our questions with as much information as possible. GoogleA really great service. Katie and Nadine have really looked after us. Making us feel at ease and stress free in the process of finding our new home. Regularly keeping in touch by email and phone calls. Really happy we chose townends as nothing was to much trouble for them. The went the extra mile and we highly recommend them.

FacebookIt is difficult to describe quite how chaotic the Townends maintenance team are. Between the frequent replacement of our 'property managers', the several weeks it could take between emails, the failure to ever answer the phone, refusal to complete maintenance / share information on the landlord until the council intervened, failure to inform landlord of maintenance issues (once taking several weeks between us telling them about a serious issue and contacting him to discuss...), the black hole that is the 'maintenance property portal'.... I could go on. We eventually gave up and liaised directly with the landlord. A lot of room for improvement, I wouldn't use them again nor recommend to others. I am also very sceptical about any firm who fills their facebook page with positive reviews from their own employees. This would be more subtle, FYI, if they weren't all from the same two-week period.

GoogleOne of the poorest agencies I've colaborated with. They promise you a lot until you sign up and once you pay the agency fee, you find that they do nothing for you as a tenant. I had to pay a total of £ 4750 to rent a one-bedroom apartment. I write this feedback hoping to help others like me. I am free to answer any questions. ✔Take care of your money💸!

GoogleThanks to them they sold our house in 1 week to the first viewer they contacted. This was after trying for 7 months with 2 other local agents. I wished we had gone to them first. Arthur contacted one of his clients as soon as we went live with them and set up a viewing 5 days later. Within a week an offer was accepted. Simple!

GoogleWith regard to rentals I can only thank Townends for all their help. A special mention must go to Joanna Eden who, in a difficult time for us was outstandingly helpfull. On the sales side a very good job was done with a difficult spec. and I would like to thank Tina Kidd for her help in moving the sale along to a conclusion so efficiently
