Elle kept me posted all the way & took on added stress to help me. I cannot explain how grateful I am. She deserves an award. I was difficult sometimes and her kind words went a long way with me. GoogleI put my flat on the market May 2019 with Townends Regents in Woking. Zach and Kevin have been true legends throughout. I had 4 buyers waste time but each time a buyer pulled out Zach and Kevin got viewings and another buyer very quickly. The 5th buyer was genuine and the sale went through. All through the entire process Zach, Kevin and Maxine worked tirelessly to chase people up and get things moving. More importantly they all took an interest in my journey and didn't treat me as 'just another property sale'. All went over and above the call of duty to get my flat sold. Best bunch and I would most definitely highly recommend them. It's not about cost all the time, customer service is invaluable and you definitely get fantastic customer service from Townends Regents. Thank you guys, I'll always be grateful for what you did for me 👍😊

GoogleDon`t rent through them. Slow response to maintenance request is just one of their many failings. The room was dirty and there was mould on the walls, they didn`t even reply to my complaints regarding this. They are the worst agency in the area. Non-existent customer service and bad communication. Sleep under a bridge if you have to, but avoid them at any costs.

FacebookTownends have deducted a management fee from my rental income in April and in May and yet they are not providing a property management service. If they cannot provide the service at this time, then they should not charge a management fee. I wonder if they have furloughed their staff, whilst still charging landlords. Appalling service.

GoogleExceptional team, from the initial meeting to closing. Terry, Rodney and Joe were fantastic, great communication and really went beyond what was asked to get a difficult sale across the line. Would highly recommend these guys if your panning in selling or buying.

GoogleI asked for an appointment to view a property and they never came back to me. Having secured my email address they did send me a generic advertising blurb, so I replied pointing out they failed to arrange a viewing. No reply again

FacebookTownends estate agents is beyond a joke. The staff just do not care once they’ve taken your money! Permanent issues renting with them, luckily we’re now getting out of it all and I vow to NEVER deal with this company again. Let themselves in your home with no notice, are difficult to dealt with once you finally manage to get hole of someone and will argue with you to make you feel like crap. They really should be ashamed of themselves.

GoogleOne of the poorest agencies I've colaborated with. They promise you a lot until you sign up and once you pay the agency fee, you find that they do nothing for you as a tenant. I had to pay a total of £ 4750 to rent a one-bedroom apartment. I write this feedback hoping to help others like me. I am free to answer any questions. ✔Take care of your money💸!

On the sales side a very good job was done with a difficult spec. and I would like to thank Tina Kidd for her help in moving the sale along to a conclusion so efficiently

GoogleFIRST CLASS STAFF AND SERVICE - Having used Townends in 2012 to rent out this property, we decided that we wanted to use them again to sell it on our behalf in 2019. SO GLAD WE DID! From start to finish it was stress free and very slick. There were no promises made that they could not meet. The photographs were tastefully done, and the marketing of our property was professional and honest. All the viewings (and second viewings) were attended by a Townends representative. They were in constant contact with us regarding feedback and never left us out of the loop at any stage. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Townends for their help and support in marketing and selling out property.
