GoogleVery poor service. They say something and do nothing. Different communications and very slow responses. Need to do lot of follow ups to get a response.

GoogleVery happy. All of our issues were sorted out with a polite, respectful and professional manner. Also, the team is very flexible and customer- focused from the agents till the property management.

GoogleHi Me and my partner interested in one of their properties unfortunately did not get that one. We got a property from another agency but use mortgage advisor from the Roman, Max Younas. Very good services, clear explanations and good advices, step by step because we are a first time buyer. Would recommend to our friends. M Nimcharoensuk

GoogleFIRST CLASS STAFF AND SERVICE - Having used Townends in 2012 to rent out this property, we decided that we wanted to use them again to sell it on our behalf in 2019. SO GLAD WE DID! From start to finish it was stress free and very slick. There were no promises made that they could not meet. The photographs were tastefully done, and the marketing of our property was professional and honest. All the viewings (and second viewings) were attended by a Townends representative. They were in constant contact with us regarding feedback and never left us out of the loop at any stage. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Townends for their help and support in marketing and selling out property.

GoogleAppalling !! no words to describe ! last year June 2019 we used this agent to buy a property, they were so quick to take my initial deposit through lifetime legal which £240 and made me spend £750 to take mortgage offer.. later found it property is not for sale have been withdrawn by seller !! (met seller, according to seller they were forcing the seller to sell it) during this time i made about 50 calls a month/two every time they didn't answer or disconnected, when i tried from a different number then they answered and put me on hold for a long time or disconnected!! finally a new manager in January 2020 he rang me to say he will ask life time Legal to return the initial deposit of £240 but sadly nothing!!

GoogleI would highly recommend the services of Max Younas. Max was very professional and efficient and this made the mortgage application experience stress free and easy for me :) I received my mortgage offer within 3 weeks of our first meeting; I couldn't be happier!

GoogleThe teams in Staines don’t deserve even one star. We put an offer on a house in January the sales negotiator lie and told us that the seller already found a property , it took them 3weeks to gives a sales of memorandum. I had 3type of people in that office dealing with this property. First was someone Natalie she supposed to update us every 10days but unfortunately that not the case, then we got someone call Daniel nothing done and the 3rd person name Chris which he try his best. Never go with Roman in Staines.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleExcellent service provided by Elle at the Woking branch. This young lady has gone out of her way to help me secure a property. She has been fantastic from the very start. Elle kept me posted all the way & took on added stress to help me. I cannot explain how grateful I am. She deserves an award. I was difficult sometimes and her kind words went a long way with me. GoogleI used Townend to let my Staines property and I received a great service from the first valuation met to successfully finding the right tenants. The service and their understanding of the letting market was instrumental in helping me make the right decision and they did not disappoint. Suitable tenants were found quickly at a price which exceeded my expectations. The lettings team are very thorough and supportive which led to a smooth process. I would like to give a special mention to Joanna Eden, her local knowledge, attention to detail, positive and honest approach was extremely reassuring and was the reason why i chose Townend.
