GoogleIt has been an extremely easy and stress free experience renting a house via Townends Sunbury. Nadine and Katie are extremely professional and go out of their way to make sure that you get what you are looking for. Being new in London, we were guided step by step on how and what needs to be done with regards to setting up utilities as well. GoogleI can't recommend Townends in Sunbury enough - and specifically Nadine and Katie. Having rented many times, I've found that letting agents (unsurprisingly) vary a fair degree in quality, and would place Townends at the top. Nadine and Katie went significantly above and beyond: unfailingly cheerful, polite and helpful, and their attention to detail was first rate. Moreover they were happy to organise repeat visits to the house, and advised regular updates throughout the letting process. GoogleI would like to tell others about brilliant service we have receive from rental team in Townends, Sunbury-on-Thames. I have been dealing with few agencies during last year but no one from them was so professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and always with good communication as Townends. The team did understand all our needs and did offer only relevant properties. We did not waste our time with them at all. And now we are happy to move to the house we love and which is suitable for our family. Massive thank you for that. GoogleLack of care in regard to the tenant. Slow to respond (if ever). They only have urgency to deal with something if it benefits them in some way.

GoogleWhat can i say Ben is brilliant and not bad at selling houses we tried 2 agents prior to townsend Ben was the 3rd and sold the property the rest of the agents where total rubbish curchods i would not touch with a barge pole they are complete liers

GoogleMe and my fiancé were looking for our first home together! Foz was so helpful I called the branch and he had me booked in for a viewing within 3 hours of my call! So quick and efficient within 6 hours we had our offer accepted also he let me and my fiancé come see the property that night so that my fiancé could see the property properly and we were moved in within 2 weeks! When Foz was off on a day off David was all hands on deck to let us in to be able to measure everything to make sure all our new furniture fit! Over all the lettings team has been so helpful!
