Absolute disgrace of a agency this is!!! Lost our time, delaying, they treat you like you’re owning them something... I cannot believe this can exist with this attitude and services.... nadine doesn’t know to use a computer, sending emails with nonsense requests like you forgot to include the page 1 from the contract which was nothing to complete just a page that they have it standard. She cannot unarchive a document... I don’t know why they have 4.7 but the really might be on trust pilot where 2.8 is their score which is also high I think All together avoid this rubbish agency at any costs. I have found OpenRent much much better Kind regards

When looking for a property, this company appeared to be very kind and helpful but we didn’t know at all what we were getting ourselves into. We had no contact what so ever with our landlord and all issues had to go through this company which would be understandable if our messages were actually passed on and issues were dealt with in a reasonable amount of time. We spent a lot of time chasing up any problems we had by ringing and sending a lot of emails, these emails weren’t answered for maybe days or weeks or either not at all and the staff were rude on the phone when we called. A lot of our issues were actually never sorted throughout the whole year. We felt as though we were taken advantage of and we did not find this to be a helpful or reliable company to use. I would strongly advise anyone to completely avoid using these people.

We had to deal with unexpected situations during the referencing process, but all was resolved thank to professionalism and efficiency of the team. Particularly Katie did an extra mile contacting the referencing agency and finding the ways to make everything to work out. Also our overall personal experience was very positive. Everyone in the team was very polite and considerate, something one would consider as a baseline, but we didn't get in another agency.

Could not fault the service given to us by Nadine on the lettings side of the business. She continues to be so easy to liaise with and always so friendly - which can be hard to construe via email. She made sure we were well informed every step of the way, and there was a ridiculously minor miscommunication issue - to which she felt the need to apologise for which was so not necessary - but just goes to show how much of a genuinely lovely person she is. We are currently dealing with the property management team, who are just as helpful and informative. We are looking forward to a hopefully easy two year tenancy - keep up the amazing work!
