GoogleFantastic estate agents, really good service all around, special mention to Josh the financial advisor and Oli in Lincoln branch for making my experience of being a first time buyer as easy as possible with no issues at all, would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell!

GoogleA completely laughable experience from start to finish. We received an email from the branch manager confirming that our offer on a property had been accepted. Naturally, we informed our solicitor and started moving things forward. Then, out of nowhere, Oli called to tell us the offer had never been accepted and that a higher offer had been taken instead, without giving us any opportunity to increase ours. To make matters worse, they then lied to the seller who we have been in contact with - claiming they had never told us our offer was accepted. Unfortunately for them, email trails exist, even if Pygott & Crone don’t seem to understand that. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this estate agent. They are more than happy to lie to both sides to cover their own mistakes, and the lack of professionalism is staggering.

GoogleBrilliant estate agent. Everyone who I had dealings with - Lauren, Fiona, Aiden and Jonathon were great. The viewing lady was also great - but i can't remember her name. They are very quick to act on concerns and keep the perfect level of communication. Would definitely use them again. However I used the solicitor who pygott and crone recommend and found it very difficult to communicate with them.

GoogleI am purchasing one of their properties using their recommended conveyancing solicitors. It is now OVER FOUR MONTHS and I still don't have an exchange/completion date. Awful service. Avoid, just avoid.

GoogleWhat Can I say? I got a service 2nd to none form first contact to get my Keys. I have to praise specially Sam and Holly that followed to whole process and they were there every single time that I needed them. Always promptly actioning any tasks or requirements needed. Very professional at a higher standards. I wish that any other companies or their staff were as good at their jobs as the experience I had with Pygott & Crone. Keep up with that great job. Thanks

GoogleWe have experienced extremely long delays and very poor communication throughout this process. We have been waiting since 6 October to complete on our house, with little to no meaningful progress. We were told that the case had been escalated to a senior case worker, but nothing changed and no improvements were made. Updates were minimal and often required chasing, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

GoogleI have moved house many times and used various estate agents. The service provided by Pygott was by far the best experience I’ve ever had, agent Joe McKue in particular was extremely professional, very knowledgable and I never felt like a burden to him with all my questions! It’s safe to say I’ll only be using them, and hopefully him, in the future!
