GoogleJade has made this experience amazing.Her warmth,enthusiasm , advice and excellent knowledge of the house buying process has made things so much better in can what be a stressful time. Thank you Jade and keep up the great work. And also a thank you to Nicky who managed to work so quickly from getting us a viewing at very short notice to getting the memorandum out after our offer was accepted. Tracy has been so helpful in the final stages getting it over the line,thank you I would highly recommend Pygott and Crone their warmth,dedication and making the process seamless is testimony to how fabulous they are,thank you Xx

GoogleI cannot praise Pygott and Crone too highly. Our main contact was Jonathon who often went above and beyond to ease what was a very stressful time for us. Having said that, everyone at their office were extremely kind, helpful and supportive. I would 100% recommend them to family and friends and in the unlikely event we move again, they would be my first point of call.

GoogleReally good experience with Pygott and Crone from start to finish. Everyone was easy to deal with, kept me in the loop, and actually got back to me when they said they would, which makes a big difference. Unfortunately, we had multiple purchases and sales fall through (no fault of P&C), however they were quick on the mark every time it happened, getting things back on track and lining up new options without delay. They stayed proactive throughout and didn’t let things stall, which made a big difference during what could have been a very stressful process. They made the whole process a lot smoother than I expected and just got things done without any messing about. Felt like they knew what they were doing and gave straight, honest advice rather than overcomplicating things. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

I bought from P&C. They were more helpful and more friendly than my own agent I was selling with. I originally spoke with Ollie back in September 25 when I first purchased the property, he explained more to me of the process than my own conveyer and what documents were needed. This was my first time going through this process of selling & buying. The gent who showed me around the property was super too. Whenever I called it was answered, spoke with Alisha, George and others. Their professionalism, knowledge and friendly service really stood out from all the other companies I was dealing with at the time. I couldn’t fault the team or the company at all. If I were to sell a property again I’d choose P&C going forward.

GoogleFrom the first call to book a valuation with Jodi, who was friendly and explained everything clearly, the service has been excellent. The photos were arranged quickly and the offer followed soon after. Tracy, Elle and Charlene have been fantastic throughout, keeping us updated and helping us through every step of the process. We really appreciate all their help and can’t thank them enough.
