GoogleWhat a fantastic move it was to select Pygott and Crone Grantham. Before choosing Pygott, we had our house on the market for over 3 months with another leading estate agent in Grantham , however with no joy in terms of viewings. I felt the service from them was the “standard”, we decided to change. I had a visit from Luke - the Manager of the Grantham branch - his welcoming, genuine and trustworthy personality was exceptional. His valuation was accurate and the level of service I recieved was outstanding. He took the time to find out and explore our situation , and our expectations - something that was key in us choosing to select Pygott. Luke was keen to provide us with Proffessional Photograph’s and market our property in a great way - it felt unique and also astonished with how amazing the photo’s looked!! Right from the very start we suddenly had interest in our property - arranging viewings constantly and before long , we have found a buyer. ALL viewings had a background of their situation clearly explained to us - with great follow up’s and feedback provided to us from Suzanne and Jack in the office. Suzanne has a great pro-active approach in her work it seems and this goes along way to us building trust and reccomending Pygott at Grantham to all of our freinds/ family. The word is certainly getting around town from us about how good the service has been with these guys - personal and professional delivering exceptional performance! Thanks all , so glad we had the oppurtunity of doing business with you.

GoogleWe had a couple of agents visit before Luke the manager at pygott & crone came out to value the house. Although they were not the cheapest Luke was really professional and gave great advice and therefore decided to go with them. The professional photos were fantastic and we got plenty of interest from day 1. We sold our house within a week and still had more people wanting to view, however we chose what we felt was the right buyer and got our property sold. Big thanks to Luke, Jack, Suzanne & Natasha. Will definitely use again.

Parasites!!This company sent me an unsolicited letter......this is deemed as a service provided by the company as per Trustpilot guidelines.You can show that you used the services - you haven't bought or ordered anything, but you can otherwise document your use of the business or company's services. This might be by showing correspondence with the company or documenting some other interaction.This company search the property portals looking at properties that come to the market with another agent.They then try to find out the vendor's address. They then send unsolicited post to sell all their other add ons like, relocation services, mortgages, conveyancing, land and new homes. This is where they make a fortune.They finish the letter by stating, ' To opt out of any further communications from us please write or email usThis clearly breaks the new GDPR code on privacy protection. This estate agent will do everything possible to gain business so be warned.I hope that the High street estate agents disappear sooner rather than later. Rip Off businesses who charge a fortune for marketing a property.Update: They have now reported me as I have never used their services. You could not make it up. Unprofessional parasite of a company. Avoid at all cost......

They stepped in to expedite our complex chain which was full of delays and problems, and went way beyond the call of duty to bring our exchange and completion to successful conclusion. I recently had a property valuation carried out by this company for mortgage purposes - it came back £000's below two other agents! Frustratingly, the lender would only work from this companies survey and thanks to this, my mortgage application has now been refused. In the past I've alway found agents are within 5% of each other when carrying out a valuation; don't know what on earth was going on with Pygott & Crone's valuer, but their incorrect valuation has sabotaged my application and cost me time, money and stress.

Having bought our house thru P&C in Grantham, they were fantastically attentive. Well done to Beth and Craig for a smooth, attentive, informative, supportive sale which wasn't easy at times. They kept us informed of all movements within the chain, chased all parties regardless of time, effort or who was supposed to be doing their bit. High Five to a great team!

Pygott Crone made an unsolicited, malicious call to my buyers, causing both parties unnecessary stress and added expense. It would appear they don't like the competition from on-line agents like PurpleBricks. I would never again use a high street agent, they are expensive and unnecessary and clearly unprofessional.
A review that appears on several offices' pages is shown once. We leave out reviews that name another agent.
Lincoln has the most, with 277 reviews rated 3.8 out of 5, followed by Boston with 258.
