GoogleAmazing team at the Grantham Branch, they all work so well together functioning as one family, warm & friendly from the moment you walk in. They have a great positive attitude and are detailed in explanations since I don't have any knowledge in buying/selling property, finance, law or construction, the terminology goes over my head, I'm also terrible with paperwork, but the team helped me so much chasing up documents & writing emails on my behalf. Because of my occupation I was not always able to make appointments, so it was super helpful I could walk in anytime to ask for advice & assistance, even online they responded so quick to emails. They also advised me on the current market going up & down to negotiate prices which actually did help in the final sale of my property. I was very satisfied with the final figure as I did not have to take a loss but gained profit from my property investment. The team interacted with my whole family which made it heartwarming, we were all making decisions together and made it less 'formal business' with more 'casual conversations' which I preferred, it made every conversation genuine knowing they had my best interests at heart. My thanks to Luke for keeping my family involved & informed. Thank you to Rosie-mae for such amazingly smooth handling of all the sales progression, so diplomatic she was inspiring. My personal gratitude & special thank you to Demi who has been with me every step of the way, an absolute angel who has kept me calm through the whole process.

GoogleReally helpful from start to finish, quickly getting our property valued and on the market. They garnered some good interest on our house when we were worried we’d struggle to sell, and was sold stc within roughly 12 weeks. Also helped with putting in offers for our onward purchase. Very happy with the service provided by all involved.

GooglePygott & Crone Grimsby. Very professional and pro active team! Lauren held up at her end, with updates, video walk throughs, current photos and ceiling prices of the property in question! Even recommending a local solicitor. Every call I made was answer, on time with the viewing and questions all provided for accordingly. Took away a lot of the stress of house hunting, great effort. Definitely 5 stars.

GoogleDemi has done outstandingly well for us, our property didn't even get to the market. Demi matched up another client's wish list with our property, the client viewed and the deal was done in one day and we were able to then purchase the property we had viewed through Pygott's website and that property was only on the market for one week. Amazing results all round. We are extremely happy with the service we had from Demi.

GooglePygott and Crone have provided a great service from the initial valuation with luke visiting for the valuation to photographs being taken was very easy. Demi Miller one the senior sales negotiaters has been so helpful all the way through. Demi is very polite and has a lovely calming telephone manner which makes you feel at ease. She is very understanding and empathetic when things can become a worry when looking for your new home. Emails are replied very quickly and if she is not available her collegues at Pygott and Crone will always provide good support and advice in a respectful and timley manner. I would recommend Pygott and Crone 100% to support your move.

Everyone we dealt with at the Grimsby branch was very approachable and nothing was too much trouble, answering all our queries and helping us through the process. GoogleI’ve had an excellent experience with Pygott & Crone Boston. Every contact and interaction was consistently good from start to finish. Davis, the branch manager, came out for the initial marketing visit and gave us confidence straight away …and importantly, they helped us sell where others had previously failed. A special thank you to Holly on sales and Sam in the legal follow‑through team, who kept us informed throughout the process. And when someone wasn’t available, Joe, the sales manager, always stepped in and made sure nothing slipped. A genuinely professional, supportive team. Highly recommended.

GoogleWhat a breath of fresh air these people are! They are friendly, proactive, and contacting us continuously to let us know what's happening. They seem as though they REALLY want to sell our house for us, in complete contrast to another high street agent we were using who just seemed prepared to list our property and sit back and wait. Aiden was professional, friendly and honest when valuing our property, Fiona seems to be really on the ball with everything, as was the Maria who conducted the viewings. We can't fault everybody's enthusiasm. We are contacted straight away about any developments whereas previously we had to chase the agent for information. We've only been with Pygott & Crone a week and already have 2 viewings. That's in stark contrast against our previous agent who managed 3 in nearly 6 months. The photos of our house are a 100% improvement over those taken by the last agent. An advantage of Pygott and Crone is the number of offices they have in the region and as such are in a great position to introduce potential buyers from outside of the Grimsby area. On a final note - you get a link enabling you to keep up with developments, including the facility to track the number of people showing interest in your property. Early days - but so far we are really impressed with every aspect of the service from Pygott and Crone.
