We bought our first property through Pygott&crone and had a very good experience. Communication was good, the agent was professional, and everything went smoothly. When there were some delays with our solicitor, they helped by contacting them and our rental agency for updates. They were helpful and involved throughout the process. We are happy with the service and would recommend them.

GoogleVery disappointing experience. As a cash buyer, I spent several days trying to arrange a viewing, only to be told that the only available slot was 4:30pm despite repeatedly explaining I could not attend at that time. After having to chase for responses, I was then informed that another offer had been received and no further viewings would be taking place. An offer is not a sale, and I find it difficult to believe that a vendor would be pleased to learn that a serious, proceedable buyer was never given the opportunity to view their property due to a lack of flexibility and poor communication. I appreciate estate agents are busy, but this experience left me with the impression that securing the best outcome for the vendor was secondary to diary management.

GoogleDO NOT go with the solicitors Stone bow that they are associated with. Absolutely awful experience. I got an offer on my house 29th November 2025 and it didn't sell till 3rd June 2026. Problem after problem on everything that happened. None of the connections they had seemed to help and nothing was done quickly. I received too many updates from Pygott and Crone about feedback on viewings I didn't care about and then heard nothing unless if I called them first after the offer. I've never been so stressed in my life.

GoogleWe were thoroughly impressed with Pygott & Crone. Holly and Sam have been helpful, patient and professional throughout the whole process. If we ever had to sell again we would definitely approach Pygott & Crone (although this is unlikely as we have found our forever home!).

GooglePygott & Crone were recommend to me by a friend. Not only did they get me viewings prior to the house listing on Rightmove, they could have sold the property three times over. Fiona , Lauren, Johnathon and the team are amazing I cannot thank them enough. They are more expensive than some, but worth every penny. I would strongly advise using them, when I sell my other properties I will definitely use them again. Thanks so much, Sarah
