From Aiden marketing our property to Lauren and Fiona securing a sale, Grimsby branch of Pygotts were absolutely fantastic. Whoever answered the phone to me, ensured that my query was answered quickly and efficiently. I received a response even when there was nothing to tell me. A fantastic experience from start to completion.

GoogleWe decided to dip our toe in the market and see if we could sell to upsize, Davis and his team got us sold in 10 days and we have just exchanged so will have sold and moved in around 10 weeks, I cannot thank the Pygott team enough, we used Pygotts own conveyancing team, for buying and selling, they were fantastic throughout, always kept us up to date, it was so easy to upload documents they needed. The whole process has been fantastic, please give Davis and his team a try, you'll not regret it.

GoogleIn the last couple of years we have dealt with Pygott & Crone with 2 major matters. The first was the selling of my late mothers house and the second, the selling of our own property. The team consisting of Fiona, Lauren, Jonathon, Aiden, Marie and Emily and probably a number of behind the scenes personnel, have acted at all times with the upmost professionalism, integrity and honesty. Their advice, help and extensive knowledge has been invaluable. During what has been an extremely stressful time, they have all in varying capacities simplified the situation and eased the burden. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future if the need should ever arise and I would indeed highly recommend them to anyone requiring the services that they provide. P/c Spalding So,I,m a cash buyer ready to go but,... P/c insist on seeing who I,m selling my current home with!!!! Why.???? It seems to me that they don't trust me. So,I cannot buy a home through them because they don't have some irrelevant info. Rules is rules, so, unfortunately the vendor has lost a prospective sale,and good old p/ c have missed out on their commission. Still,we must stick to the rules mustn't we. I have not encountered this with other estate agents. Go elsewhere is my advice.

GoogleWe have recently used Pygott & Crone for a property sale which has now completed, and I have been very impressed with their level of professionalism throughout. Davis, Joe, Sam and Holly really are a dream team to work with. Nothing is too much trouble for this great group of people. Their communication is excellent, and they simply get the job done. Even in this challenging market, they secured a sale for our property within a couple of weeks. Just as important as their professionalism is the sense of camaraderie they build with their clients, which makes the whole process far more comfortable. At every stage, from initial viewings through to sale progression, we were kept fully updated (often daily), which was incredibly reassuring and helpful. I highly rate Pygott & Crone in Boston.
